We find it extremely unfair that you would leave a review like this. You have placed an order with us, we have installed it on the 14th January and still have not received the payment for the work completed. We have sent you numerous emails regarding the payment and our office team has called you several times with no response. A manager has also been in contact with you both via email and over the phone, however no payment has been received still. We had no choice but to pass your account to the debt collecting agency and this is when you leave us a negative review, it is rather disappointing.

We've had a very positive experience! The consultant came to our home and made all the measurements as well as gave us a thorough advice on materials and type of curtains most suitable for the flat. The installation team was very efficient and friendly!

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Sales rep explained all products on offer with samples. Office team kept me inforned throughout and arranged a date convenient for me. Fitter was prompt, quick and left rooms clean and tidy. Great quality products. Would recommend.

Lex Blinds were great from the first…
Lex Blinds were great from the first phone call booking the appointment to the fitting today. They had helpful polite staff and a wide range of blinds. I had an awkward room where each blind had to be a slightly different size. No problem for Lex. And today they were all fitted and did fit perfectly! I would highly recommend this company

Awning and Blinds
Lex Blinds were recommended by a neighbour. I was interested in a large awning and found the sales people (in store and who visited) very knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. Lots of good advice given. So impressed with the price and service ordered five day/night blinds too! The office team kept me informed whilst I waited for them to arrive, which was on time. Installed by very nice, professional team who were super efficient and very tidy. Very happy with the products, and the entire process. Would highly recommend this company.

Had blackout curtains and privacy…
Had blackout curtains and privacy roller blinds fitted across my property. Extremely happy with overall experience. Absolutely no hassle, no call out fees or extra charges. The curtains and blinds are of excellent finish. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Simply fantastic!!
We cant express enough how happy we are with the advice and professional service Lex Blinds gave us.
The roller blinds, motorised blinds and shutters are exactly what we ordered and have been fitted to an extremely high standard. The fitters were considerate within our home and fell they are a credit to the company.

Lex blinds was recommended to me by my friend who bought curtains from them. So decided to try their service myself and I can say I am very happy. The man arrived on time, well dressed, very friendly and polite. Showed me the products and gave good advice, we went for shutters and curtains. The room looks great and the products are of really high quality. The price was also very reasonable, lower than a few other companies and delivery was quick.
