I purchased the Lexie Hearing Aids…

I purchased the Lexie Hearing Aids approx. 18 months ago on Q.V.C. I broke the little switch to raise the volume. The Lexie company are in South Africa and Kyle the supervisor told me this could not be repaired, and I would have to purchase a new pair. I could send the damaged pair and maybe get an allowance against the new pair. I find it sad that sad that these items are essentially disposable and cannot be repaired. When you call the 1-779-212-7334 number you are transferred to people in South Africa, I feel bad for them they probably working for a few cents a day. No after sale service. ( average salary about $500.00 a month My sympathy goes to the people I spoke with working at Lexie South Africa Rose, Tracey and Kyle.

Excellent sound!

As a non tech savvy 74 year old, Lexie hearing aids were easy enough to set up. I had one call to the Bose help people, due to difficulty connecting to my Bluetooth, and they were extremely helpful and patient. The settings are controlled on your phone, and I experimented with my environment setting while in a noisy restaurant. I was amazed at how the background noise was muted. My insurance paid half, so check that out!

Lexie hearing aid experience

I have been using hearing aids for many years, of many different brands and styles. I chose to try the Lexie B2 plus because of my appreciation for Bose quality that I’ve experienced over years of also using Bose products. Although, I had some original issues, Lexie stepped up and addressed those issues in an acceptable time frame. I have been impressed with their attention to my concerns. They made updates to their app which addressed my issues. They also sent complimentary accessories, in addition. That’s just unheard of, but then that’s why I have loved Bose products over the years, because they have demonstrated their quality far above everything else. I have been wearing these aids 12-14 hours per day for about two months now. They are far and away the best hearing aid I have used.



My hearing isn’t perfect, I don’t expect that, but I’m able to function normally in different environments and feel confident in doing so. That’s worth the price of these aids. I strongly would recommend them to anyone looking for a new hearing solution.

Very good hearing aids for the cost

The Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids have worked well for me. The sound is quite clear and the controls through the app are very convenient. They are very light and comfortable and most people don't even know I am wearing them. Although the description says they are compatible with android, the bluetooth functions of hearing phone calls and music, etc. from your phone only work with Apple.

Lexie Bose B2 Hearing Aids

I bought the Lexie Bose B2 Hearing Aids for my mother. She intermittently used the product before realising its benefits. We faced a few issues with the product, but Lexie's team was quick to provide support. The best part of Lexie is the customer support available right from their app. You can directly make a call and even do a video call with them. I did a video, and after a few attempts at finding a resort, I was transferred to Kyle, their support supervisor.
Kyle provided the best customer experience I've had in recent years. He spent over an hour with me on video, helping find a resort to address the issues we faced, and ultimately managed to bring a smile to both my mother and me.
What an extraordinary customer support, and how empathetic Lexie is, led by brilliant Kyle. I'd recommend Lexie products, since I'm quite confident of their services. It is definitely worth trying to see if their product solves your hearing issues.

I'm a first time hearing aids user

I'm a first time hearing aids user. I went with the Lexie B2 plus. They are awesome. I've worn them since day 1 every waking hour . Comfortable. They pair with my phone. In a loud croud I use my phone to turn the volume down and vise versa. The sound is awesome. Thanks Lexie B2 . I can hear again. No kidding.

I feel like more than 70 percent of…

I feel like more than 70 percent of these reviews are left without experience this hearing aids, I have them for several months now, and I wish I could get my money back. Do Not waist your money, this hearing aids are not worth the money we pay for them, they are suck with Bluetooth, they're always whistling, they get disconnected by themselves all the time, and customer service are suck and poor

There are few products that I truly get…

There are few products that I truly get excited about and relish the opportunity to "spread the word". I have had my Lexi B2 Plus hearing Aids for 14 months, I can not be more happy with them. I constantly recommend them to many of my "senior" friends!

I bought a set of Lexie B2s powered buy…

I bought a set of Lexie B2s powered buy Bose hearing devices about 2 years ago. In the two years I have had to send them in for repair 3 times one time they had to be replaced costing me for a couple of times. The last time they were sent in the battery had went bad on one and they wanted $250 to fix it. I don’t wear them that much and have had nothing but trouble with them. So I’m giving a bad review on the Lexie B2 hearing devices.

Lexie's off the shelf option is a Godsend

I have only moderate hearing loss, but my Lexie B2 hearing aids are a big help – especially in group settings. I love being able to adjust them using the Lexie app. Here in the UK, our National Health Service has yet to cover hearing aids with Lexie’s abilities. Purchasing them privately is exorbitantly expensive. So, your “off the shelf” option is a Godsend. Thanks!

Lexie is designed obsolescence

Lexie is designed obsolescence. Their app notified me to update the firmware while the aids were working just fine. Upon attempting several times, reaching 99% installation, received message that update failed. Also, could not use the app to adjust the aids after trying to update the firmware. Contacted support and was told to try several more times, which I did and quite counting after 22 attempts and receiving the same message. Immediately started to receive email offers to upgrade aids. Lexie support then sent me a return slip to evaluate the aids. Of course, the response was that for 3 - 400 dollars, they could send me a new set. I told them to send me an email with my options and that I would consider them along with other alternatives. Not Happy!!!

I am very disappointed with Lexie B2…

I am very disappointed with Lexie B2 Plus Hearing Aids. Unfortunately, because the devices sat unused for over a month while I waited for technical support, I missed the return window and can no longer send them back. One of the major issues I faced was the hearing aids' inability to stay linked to my cell phone. Additionally, they would not stream phone calls, which is a crucial feature for me. The devices also have a significant problem with feedback. Having worn hearing aids for over ten years, I have never experienced issues like these with other products. The online technical support appears to be managed by an AI system that provides generic, cookie-cutter answers like those found on the help page. No matter how many issues are listed in a complaint, the response only addresses the first issue mentioned. Another drawback is the use of proprietary consumables, such as wax guards and domes. These necessary replacement parts are only available from Lexie and come at a much higher price compared to the generic alternatives.

Hands down best OTC hearing aids for the price point!

I had tried three OTC hearing aids without much luck until i discovered the Lexie B2 plus. I lost my high end hearing after years of work in broadcasting wearing headphones for hours a day. It took a couple of weeks to get used to the fit and the new dimension of sound I was experiencing, but it was worth it. They are easily adjustable for several environments and now I can hear a pin drop. One of my dogs got a hold of one and did some serious damage. I opted for their VIP plan when I first got them and getting it replaced was amazingly easy. Excellent customer service and great sound make them a great choice for the price point. I speak to my grown children a lot and the boothtooth funtion is terrific. The range is limited, so I just keep my iPhone in my pocket and I can talk to them hands free anytime, anywhere. Same goes with watching videos online. Don’t expect broadcast quality on the Bluetooth, but it is still solid. Bottom line. Best Buy for the money in the OTC market.

My Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids

My Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids have been a positive experience the past two months.I purchased them from Costco online(0tc). They have improved the sounds in my life. There is an app for my Android that allows me to personalize my hearing pleasure. Customer support has been great too as they have checked a couple times on my hearing experience.

Lexie hearing aids

I could tell that my hearing was slipping and that I needed to do something, but didn’t
want to spend $3500 at the big box store to do so. I saw a TV commercial for Lexie
hearing aids, powered by Bose. I thought the commercial was a little cheesy, but was
intrigued by the story of Bose, the masters of sound amplification, connected with a
software company in Lexie. The partnership made good sense to me, so I purchased
Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids on Amazon for just under $1000. The startup was simple,
and I was very impressed that the app and hearing aids conducted a legit hearing test,
and then set the settings to provide the best hearing based on test results. I was very
happy with my new hearing. So happy, that I didn’t read all the literature that came with
my aids. After about 6 weeks, the right aid quit working. I was afraid I had made a
mistake, but a quick call to the Lexie Customer Service line resolved my issue. There is
a small wax guard in the ear piece that is to be replaced monthly, and when I did so with
their help, my aids were good as new. After that, I changed the wax guards about
monthly or when I saw a change in my hearing. After I had the aids for 14 months, my
left aid quick working, even after changing the wax guard. I called the Customer
Service line and found out that the little wires need replacing annually. I went to the
website and ordered replacements for both, which were easy to install. My wife was
able to upgrade her prescription hearing aids and get insurance coverage for them, but
her copay was still twice what I paid for the Lexie aids, and I am happier with mine that
she is with hers. I am very happy with my decision to go with Lexie hearing aids,
powered by Bose
