Responsive and Effective
Attentive to requests for alterations and are quick to implement. They have proven to be a cost effective method to generate new business out of our existing database of leads. I would recommend their AI service to contracting companies trying to book more appointments.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! Terrible experience do not waist your money or your time. All this company did was charge my company $1000 to completely saturate my CRM with useless information, give my company a bad name, and run up my phone service bill since I pay for every text and call that goes out. The first story we were told was that we pay for appointments booked not the leads and then the story changed after waiting forever for the leads, they daid we pay for 1000 leads but promised all these quality leads that would generate 30 appointments/month all I have 0 appointments and hundreds of people in my crm saying "wrong number" "wrong person" or worse. This company is a SCAM and wont give us our money back. I will be reporting them to every agency that deals with this sort of thing.

Awesome Ai!
Great service! The ai works super naturally and was able to be tailored perfectly for our business. I can barely tell it's ai. Super awesome and is saving us a ton of time!

I signed up for a marketing/lead…
I signed up for a marketing/lead generation service. After about 18 days with 0 results I requested cancelation and reimbursement. I got a response and invitation to a meeting I couldn’t make. I called a few times to get in touch but couldn’t.
I believe we could have worked through this but never got back in touch. I was ignored and my lack of success didn’t seem urgent.
I could see the system having more success for someone that has leads already but if they mention lead or appointment generation, well it didn’t work for me.

First, our company is not a lead generation service, our platform provides AI tools to help businesses manage communication and engagement. Your claim of using our services for 18 days is inaccurate, as your account was never active for more than 72 hours.
Additionally, your use of Lexson AI violated our Terms and Conditions, including potential TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) violations, which we take very seriously. For this reason, your account was suspended in accordance with our compliance policies.
While we always strive to work collaboratively with our users, in this case, the issues stemmed from bad data and misuse of the platform rather than product performance.
