If I could give no stars I would !
First of all this company who I may add are not registered on companies house ( let’s see what the tax man has to say about this. )
Have had various dealings with them , I bought a pen from them which may I also say is illegal I know but wanted to lose weight . They’re telegram group was full of their main admin who is below pretending he bought a pen ( k Mcccue) when he didn’t get for for free . He fooled a lot of people mainly ladies and created a side group for all the ladies to be exploited for xxx images in return for a prize wheel . Retaroo bosses also included in this group and participated! Even offering one of the ladies a free pen and trying to dominate her through private message . One of the admin spoke up about dodgy things going on with k McCcue and they decided to remove the one who spoke up! Now a lot of us are on these pens but got no support some of us were good first week of jab the next few weeks have had horrendous stomach pain , diarrea and sickness . Stay away stay away stay away.
Dodgy company …

Joined this group before they launched on 1st December, positive vibes etc, people on the platform raving as to how good it will be etc etc. joined their telegram group, banter with others in there. They set up a WhatsApp group, which soon got taken down!
One Admin was removed from the telegram group which left one, then the 2nd Admin deleted his account, but before this private messages between several members, were also removed as told to do so by the Retaroo boses? Then he disappeared of the face of the earth?
Now we are 18 days into this launch and because I chose to remain in another group they have removed me. I bought 2 peptide pens from this company and that’s the thanks I get! Certainly won’t be doing business with this company ever again.
Stay clear is all I have to say, plenty of other places to buy your peptides from .

Made my order and received it the next day, it was well packaged with instructions and the support from Retaroo is amazing, quick answers to any queries and extremely knowledgeable.
My first days of using the product, have no issues so far, just feel great!

An update...3 weeks later.
I honestly wish I could give thos company 0 stars.
Firstly, it all became too much to stay in the Telegram group as admin were allowed to groom female members whilst others were kicked out for outing the truth. After threats of being blocked and bribes of discount codes, pens and admin duties to members wanting to leave, it was clear how toxic the Reta community truly is in my opinion.
After 2 weeks of using the pen, at 2mg, I started feeling extremely sick and constipated. Many others have spoken about it giving a laxative effect, mine and a couple of others have gone the other way.
It's a shame that for what was a good idea as a product and was promised to be better than others, it has just flopped in my opinion. Product wise and customer service.
