Best customer service
I have ordered many times from libristo never having any issues. It's a great website with amazing selections and prices.
In my last order though there was a mix up and so I contacted their customer service. They were super helpful and contacted me back soon to resolve the problem with my order. Best customer service i've ever encountered!!

I would definitely buy again. All the books arrived in perfect condition, even though the company that ships them wrecked the box, the books inside were untouched so very good packaging. Many options for books, very good prices

I ordered a book
I ordered a book, ONE book at the start of september and it was expencive. I know it's not the book expensive but the shipping was but it was five dollars plus. Also, they told me it would take a month, MONTH to come, and well I waited. It never came. It's three days past the date they told me it would come and it's still not here. I don't know what to think because I heard this is a good website but I don't see it. Please can someone tell me if there is somehow another way to get in contact with the people in charge. Thanks...

My first time purchasing books from them, and the communication was excellent!
My order was a mix of pre-orders and in stock books. I knew I had to wait for my pre-order and I didn't mind. However, I was given a selection of options on how my order can be processed and they sent the books right after they became available to them.
I am very satisfied and I will definitely order again.
Also, they have SO MANY available titles to choose from and shipping cost is fair.

A Great Alternative to Book Depository
Finally, after the closing of Book Depository, I found an equivalent website where I can order books at good prices, in excellent condition, and in the languages I want! Everything was perfect (the packaging and the books themselves), and the delivery arrived within the expected time. I will certainly order from them again and will recommend the site to my friends.
