Fast and easy. MS Office 2021. LTC License. Worked like a charm! A+

Downloaded the files for Microsoft Office 24 and it went straight to the aps and the program removed the old version of Microsoft office 19. I was surprised since your site mentioned to remove the old version however the new installed program removed the old version without my assistance. Everything is working great. PS; I ordered a windows 11 pro but that program was already installed.

Good price, product as advertised. I had some problem finding the software download link. It was not obvious.

The process was simple and quick. As soon as my purchase was approved I had my activation key on-screen. The "tricky" part is you need to open the Activation instructions to get to the download. Follow the instructions and you will be up, activated, and running smoothly within a few minutes.

Took a while to get tech support on a Sunday but as soon as they got involvled, the problem was solverd. Thanks!

When installing the software I had some issues. Using their chat box and eventually contacting them directly by email solved my problem in 24 hours. Great product and great service.

This is the first time interaction with Licengo and bought the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from them. I believe they a very professional company and should be a trusted and reliable company on a wider scale. The online process to purchase is quite customer friendly and back office support is just fabulous. Thank you Licengo team for making my Office experience a smooth one!

Update: Licengo responded to my messages and provided a working activation code so I can use the software I bought. I am now satisfied with their response.

I bought Office 2021 EN but never received an activation key. AI help desk is polite and offer to escalate but no activation code is sent. I follow up with e-mails and they go unanswered. Whatsapp phone calls go unanswered. Potential buyers be aware.

I bought a MAK (Microsoft Activation Key) for Office 2024 LTSC. They sent me a bogus key and refused to answer E-mail and WhatsApp. They even saw my WhatsApp messages and never responded at all. Had to use the chargeback route with my bank to stop them stealing my money. I don't know about anybody else's experience, but they certainly tried to steal from me. And that is a fact I have proof of with photo, email and banking evidence.

They supplied us with some old, not-working Key.
Support did never respond. The only thing reminding of support was a Virtual Assistant. Who, of course, was most polite and assured all the time that he would escalate immediately Etc.etc
Gave up after three days.

Coincidence? Anyways after that they contacted us and sent a replacement key. And now it works

Received license almost immediately and installation was without issue.
Would recommend them, and would do business again when appropriate!

I bought both MS Office 2024 and MS Project from their website. Ran into a compatibility problem. They got back to me fast and offer to help via remote control, sat with me through a 2-hour long session of diagnosis, installing and uninstalling to get them both to work. Products working well is one thing, the top-notch customer service is another, and they nail BOTH. I also would like to send my special thanks to the technician that sat with me through the session. Ordered the 2024 version 14th struggling since then eventually got hold of them as they are in London asked me to try two other methods which did not work after that radio silence DO USE THEIR PRODUCT
