I had an issue while installing the software and when I ask a question someone was right there with straight forward answers. I did what they said and the download and installation was easy. At the time I was doing the installation I did not expect an answer. I guess it was AI, but the answer work.

Bought windows 11 pro product key from this site—HUGE mistake. They delivered the key fairly soon after I purchased, and I went straight to redeem it on my computer. I was then prompted with a notice that the key had already been used. I tried to contact software city multiple times across multiple days, via email and their website chat. No response EVER. I need a refund immediately so hopefully this review gets their attention

I have purchased software (mostly MS Office) from Software City for several years now, beginning with Office 2016, and have never had a problem or a question. The links work just as advertised, the installation instructions match what I see on the various versions of Windows, Word and Excel come up with minimal aggravation (and that's just MS trying to take over my computer). Thanks for the tips, Jim, they are very helpful.

Every day when I turned on my computer, I would see a vast amount of articles on MSN, as MSN was my home page. The flashing content for most of the articles gave me a headache; also some of the articles were downright untrue. I wrote to James to ask him if there was a way to change my home page to something other than MSN. He quickly sent directions, both for stopping MSN from being my home page and for turning off the content/feed. What a difference! I am now enjoying what I read on the Internet.

I was disappointed that I had problems downloading the software I purchased. But The Software City support got everything connected and all is working well now. Thank you Jame.s

we have only license code. I prefer to have copy of software. beacase of I had too many errors after upgrade.

rep was patient with me and steered me into helping width the fix. Would have been better if phone contact was possible. Also only wanted a one-time help session. but it looks like you roped me into a monthly billing
cycle at $39.99 per month. DONT NEED. If I need further service I will sign up for another session. Dondt wandt a perpetual billing!
