Very disappointing experience
Update:
The company reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm that my order had been delivered after all. However, returning the package turned out to be quite a hassle — at first they said the package couldn’t be tracked, then later it suddenly could. This morning I also received a message stating that the payment had not been processed correctly, which added even more confusion to the whole experience.
Overall, I’m giving 2 stars because they did eventually contact me, but the communication, delivery, and return process were very slow and difficult.
I placed an order with LICHI over a week ago, and I still haven’t received any confirmation email or tracking information. I’ve tried reaching out but haven’t received a response.
It’s very frustrating to spend money and have no idea where your order is or if it has even been processed. This is not the kind of service I expected. I hope they improve their communication and customer service.

Beautiful designs but material quality isn’t up to par. Wrinkles too easily for price range, and simple tops are itchy after a few washes

Great quality, size fit perfectly
The dress was just amazing. With a really good quality and right size - no changes where needed!
And in case of return (what I didn't just this time - but last time), you fo not have to ship to China!!! So good support and easy to return if needed.
