Amazing experience
Came in four days which was a shock because I don’t live in Dubai.
Quality was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures.
True to size, and customer service was so good at answering my questions before purchasing.
Will be buying from Lichi again, and I would recommend to anyone if they need formal outfits, or more casual looks!

It was a wonderful purchase. The dress is beautiful, of excellent quality, and it arrived on time, for which I’m truly grateful. I had perhaps expected it to come in special packaging or with a card, but even so, the dress was in perfect condition. Lichi will certainly be one of my preferred brands for future purchases.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience ordering from Lichi! I needed a dress for my graduation and was a bit nervous about the timing, but the team was super helpful and made sure it arrived on time. When the dress finally came- it fit like a glove and looked absolutely stunning. I got so many compliments on the big day and felt truly special. Thank you for making such beautiful designs and for the great customer service! Highly recommend.

Keine Rückerstattung trotz retoure und kundenservice
Ich hab da im im November bestellt und mein Paket im Dezember züruckgeschickt. Obwohl ich die mehrfach angeschrieben habe, bekomme ich nur Mails dass es noch dauert. Geht um ca 200€ und glaube nicht dass ich die wiederbekomme. Wir haben jetzt Februar. Würde ich nicht bestellen !!!

Z racji tego, że marka posiada w asortymencie naprawdę ładne i oryginalne ubrania, jestem w stanie poczekać na nie 2 tygodnie, taka marka dla cierpliwych:)
Mam od Lichi już kilka sukienek i każda jest bardzo ładnie uszyta, w jednej występowałam jako świadkowa.
Szkoda tylko że zwrot kosztuje aż 25 zł, bo z rozmiarem nie tak łatwo trafić, ale na pocieszenie ich obsługa klienta jest świetna i w razie problemów czy to z nadaniem czy przedłużeniem terminu zwrotu nie było żadnego problemu. Odpisują mailowo czy na whatssupa bardzo sprawnie.
Z mojej strony bardzo polecam👍
