I love the design and quality of the clothes. Have ordered several times, and it came on time, the customer care at Lichi is very helpful. Can't wait to have a new piece of clothes in my wardrobe.

Quality material for the dress, packaging was wrapped twice!

I have several items from this brand. The items are of good quality and look stylish. I recommend the store.

Leute tut euch ein gefallen und lasst einfach die Finger weg von der Seite. Die Qualität passt nicht, die Größen passen nicht. Und das allerbeste ist, ich habe etwas retourniert und die haben das nicht akzeptiert. Grund: das Kleid ist wohl beschädigt worden. Lustig ist das Kleid hatte ich nicht mal an. Ich dachte mir nur für das Kleid, mit schlechter Qualität, ist das mir zu teuer.
Jetzt schicken die weder mein Geld noch das Kleid zurück.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande chez eux, je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème de qualité ou de livaison et le service après vente est très réactif en cas de besoin.
J'ai des produits qui datent de 4 ans maintenant et ils n'ont pas bougé, ils sont toujours aussi qualitatif.
Je recommande fortement !

The worst experience i have had with online shopping! Ordered
A cardigan which was processed to get out for delivery for more than 2 weeks! Insane! Then they offer me 10% discount on their next order - just imagine the amount of hypocrisy in there. Lastly i requested a refund and they say it takes 14 days when normally it shouldn’t take more than 3-5 business days! Are they a scam?! The Worst!

Love their style and they have great quality pieces.

Als ich das erste Mal bestellt habe, hat der Versand wirklich viel zu lang gedauert, jedoch sind die Kleidungsstücke so toll, dass ich nochmal bestellt habe. Siehe da, dieses Mal lief alles perfekt! Schneller Versand, sehr gute Preise und tolle Oberteile. Werde wieder bestellen.

I ordered a dress from them online and it got delivered to Nigeria very quickly. Also the delivery was free as they promised, depending on the amount which qualifies you for free delivery.
The dress was as pictured on their website and sizing was accurate. I wear a UK size 8 and bought a size small.
I will order again from them.

I've just received my order (a vest) and it's gorgeous!! Honestly, I ordered the vest only to see the quality and I am very happy with it and definitely going to order more. The quality is amazing and the prices are just right. Definitely recommend this brand. Also, the size fits perfectly.

Ich berichte hier über meine Erfahrung die ich durch den Lichi online-Shop gemacht hab. Es lief natürlich nicht alles „perfekt“ , aber wieso ich 5 Sterne vergeben hab, dazu komme ich jetzt. Ich habe mich sofort in diesen Shop verliebt & ohne einmal die Bewertungen gelesen zu haben & sofort bestellt. Ich habe mich erstmal über den Support bzw Info chat über WhatsApp informiert , welche zahlungsarten es gibt & wie lange die Lieferung dauert. Hab eine super schnelle & höfliche Antwort erhalten . Da ich die Antwort erhalten hab , dass meine Ware ca. 10-14 Tage braucht , habe ich mich auch auf diese Aussage verlassen. Leider war es nicht der Fall & bei der Verfolgung meiner Ware stand jedes Mal „no Tracking“ & das nach 11 Tagen. Ab da fing langsam meine „Panik“ an, da ich online gesehen hab ,dass meine Ware nicht versendet wurde nach 11 Tagen. Ich habe mich sofort an den Support gewandt, in WhatsApp und per Mail (leider nach 21 Uhr , deshalb habe ich meine Antwort in WhatsApp erst am nächsten Tag um 7 Uhr bekommen). Eine zügige Antwort habe ich aber auf meine Beschwerde-Mail erhalten. Sofort konnte ich danach meine Ware tracken & am nächsten Tag wurde alles direkt versendet. Das Ende vom Lied , die Ware kam nach 19 Tagen an & ich bin total zufrieden . Qualität top , Stoff top & die Naht finde ich einfach klasse . Hab in Deutschland wirklich noch nie so ein gut geschnittenes Kleid gesehen. Der Support war natürlich auch perfekt , total höflich & sofort auf meine Beschwerde reagiert. Meinen Artikel habe ich in Größe M bestellt Obwohl ich S trage. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich begeistert & bleibe auf jeden Fall weiterhin ein Kunde von lichi. 5 Sterne auf jeden Fall wert. Wäre nur schön wenn mal vielleicht den Zeitraum der Lieferung von 10-14 auf 15-20 Tagen ändern würde (damit die Kunden sich im Voraus darauf einstellen können).

Ive been ordering from Lichi for more than a year, have put up a mini capsule wardrobe by now. The styles are immaculate, as well as color combos, plus the delivery to Latvia took 2 days, well done 👍🏼

Perfect sizing, good quality (manufacturing AND fabrics), reasonable price, great design... A fashion brand which deserve to be better known !

So far I have had amazing response from the customer support team as they were able to help me with purchasing a dress that was not in stock on the online store and were very helpful and had fast replies.
I have yet to receive my item and will review once arrived. However the service I received was amazing and very helpful!

This is the worst online store I have ever dealt with as a customer!
Total fraud!
After ordering two dresses M and S sizes, which were selected according to the size chart, I did not receive any email about order confirmation and package shipment.
I had to write and even call every week to remind myself and get information.
The dresses arrived after more than two weeks. Two dresses as previously mentioned of different sizes total did not match the size chart.
Making a return is another huge challenge, due to the lack of information about the refund until you remind yourself by writing an email!
Later, one deadline is given for a refund to my bank account, after which I again had to remind myself and received a message that the gown was damaged and I will not receive a refund to my account. Which is a total scam, because the gown was in 100% perfect condition and tightly packed and sent by DHL courier.
I advise against making purchases from this Lichi store!!
