We used Life on Ice to transfer our gametes from the UK to France. Bob was helpful and responsive at every stage and the whole process was seamless! They also accommodated the transport date at short notice which was great. Definitely recommend.

Had to transfer my eggs from one clinic to another, both clinics gave me a list of couriers I could use and Life on Ice was on both lists, hence I chose to use them. The whole process was smooth, Life on Ice arranged the time with both clinics, and I get notifications from all parties on the day, which provided a peace of mind for me. Would definitely recommend.

I felt like i had no clue what to do or where to start i found life on ice through a google search and decided to call and ask a few question as finding information outwith was so minimal i felt lost however on speaking to Bob i felt immediately at ease no question was a silly one i was very anxious about the whole process i knew in that moment i’d be using life on ice to move our samples from Dundee to Aberdeen the process was simple and very efficient i didn’t shop around as i was happy with the quotation Bob text me directly during the morning of the move this was a great help i’d recommend there service to anyone it really was 5 star! fingers crossed the next stage in our journey goes as smooth thanks again Bob and team

Bob from Life on Ice was helpful from my first phone call and gave me time to ask questions and answered them in an honest and kind way.
I spoke to several courier companies and he came across as the most empathic and doing it for the right reasons.
I feel that the price was fair and though wasn’t the cheapest, when I take into consideration that they travel from Dundee, this was of course going to cost slightly more as my transport was from London to the South East. Bob also managed to reduce this by combining part of the transport cost to London with another job.
Bob communicated well and actioned my request as soon as I had sent him my consent form.
The job was complete within around 2 weeks, which was the shortest possible time frame to sync up the 2 clinics transfer days.
Bob let me know by text as soon as it had arrived safely at the receiving clinic with no issues.
I would recommend this courier service, it’s family run and I would use them again if I needed this service.

Bob has been really helpful and responsive through the process. We enquired an oversea transportation about a year ago and due to covid situation had to wait for a bit, but very happy that the process went smoothly and arrived into UK. Strongly recommend, could not be happier!

Thank you Bob for your great service. After ringing around a few different couriers; I spoke to Bob. Firstly love the name (made us giggle). He was very understanding and empathetic. As well being professional, it was like speaking to a friend. He will explain the whole process to you thoroughly. If you have any questions he will answer them to your satisfaction. He sent the forms and liased with both clinics to set a transfer date. He wasn't the cheapest option in comparison to another courier however, he wasn't the most expensive either he came in the middle. He transported our embryos from London to Manchester, he informed us via text message when he collected them and when he delivered them safely.

Bob gets 5***** from us. We were incredibly nervous about shipping our donor sperm between clinics as you can’t get insurance and donor sperm is very expensive (especially when you bought 7 vials!) Bob put us at ease from day 1, giving us all the information we needed, and always replying to questions immediately. He loaded directly with the clinics (which took any stress off us) and kept us updated along the way. Don’t feel like you need to stay with a clinic if they aren’t right for you/ the trust has gone. It does cost more to move when you have speak/ eggs or embryos at your existing clinic, but Life On Ice made this as manageable as possible for us and we couldn’t be more grateful that we now get a fresh start with a clinic in London.
