We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the work we did for you.
As you know, you contacted us to add a member to your cash plan policy after the insurer’s cutoff date of January 15th. Saif very patiently explained that you had missed the cut off date but that he would do his best to get the member backdated with the insurer.
Unfortunately, the Cash Plan admin is often very slow, so it was 3 weeks before they picked up the request. Saif then engaged in a lot of time-consuming back and forth with the insurer, which he communicated with you. They ultimately said that they couldn’t backdate it to January – a decision out of our control. After even more work from Saif, they eventually agreed to backdate the member from February, the next best thing.
Saif put a lot of hard work into your case and we’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. Especially considering you have left us a glowing 5* review on Google previously beginning with the sentence: “Lifepoint are extremely trustworthy and act in a client's best interest, not their own.”

I’m very happy with the company (Lifepoint healthcare)they negotiate on my behalf on every renewal of mine and my wife Health insurance premiums.On one occasion they help and recommend for my home insurance, yes they good and keep in touch all year round.

They treated me as if I were their only client. Best service, competitive rates. They truly have the best in both deals and customer service! Was pleasant talking to Saif! Well before renewal, they informed me of the options and had already negotiated with the best provider!
