When the “not so normal” becomes the norm.
I was considering an “outside the box” insurance cover not generally offered as a Lifepoint product. Tony as always, was amazing. He was upfront, honest and helpful, guiding me through the various options. The quote was extremely competitive, too.

Lifepoint are always helpful and responsive
Lifepoint originally helped me to move from a group provider which had suddenly become very expensive. They were very rapidly able to negotiate individual cover with the same provider, at a much lower premium.
LIfepoint are always helpful and responsive to my queries about health insurance. Every year, just before renewal time, Lifepoint undertake a market review / assessment to make sure that the cover continues to represent good value compared with other possible providers and they recommend whether to continue or to change. This is a very useful service, as it allows me to compare health insurance providers year on year.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the personal service that Lifepoint provide me with, in relation to my personal health insurance.
