The company did well but there was a delay from the underwriters which wasn't the best as it took several weeks to resolve.

Misleading info about timeline to action…

Misleading information about how long the process would take. Delays and poor handling meant my premium increased by a significant amount due to a birthday. End product was as requested but stressful process due to delays.

Amazing customer service

Charlie that I had on the phone was exceptionally helpful. Was very pleasant to speak to and made me feel comfortable on the phone. I hope to get him again when my wife decides to change her policy

I had an excellent experience with Alex…

I had an excellent experience with Alex Craven from Life Search. His advice was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and really put my mind at rest. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach, and I’m genuinely grateful for his support. Highly recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend

I set my policies up with life search years ago, they were great, since then I have completely changed my view on them. They call every year to see if you wanna find a better deal, last year they phoned me so many times after saying I wasn’t interested and happy with my cover, they become rude with you for saying no.
Just had the same happen today, they called, I politely said no thanks, so he just hung up on me!! I phoned back, no sorry when I asked why he hung up on me for saying no! So incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I will now look at changing all my cover to another company, would never use this company again.
Want my details removed from their systems but I’m told they can’t do that! Have opened a complaint!
