At first it seems great. You think you're saving the planet, and you're supporting a company with a valiant effort. However the actual toothpaste is so highly viscose, and so thick, that you get 50% down and the pump no longer works. There's a hole all the way down the middle of the glass bottle because the toothpaste is so thick, it's just staying at the sides, and you're pumping up air. And if you use an electric toothbrush, you can't even stick the toothbrush into the bottle to get toothpaste on the brush head, because the bottle is too long, and the toothbrush head doesn't reach the toothpaste at the bottom. So you end up buying plastic toothpaste again, with the life supplies toothpaste lying there completely unusable. This should really have been ironed out with testing. This must happen a lot because it started getting hard to pump toothpaste when I'd only used about 50% of the product. You end up bashing the glass bottle at the sides to try and dislodge the toothpaste at the sides.

Life supplies have very kindly given me a 100% refund. They're a genuinely kind company with a true dedication to their customer base. I really appreciate this.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience as a Life Supplies customer over the past fifteen months. While I fully support the company’s mission to reduce single-use plastics—a cause I care about greatly—the lack of product quality control has been consistently frustrating. I have maintained a standing order for three toothpaste packs every three months. Although the product itself tastes excellent, at least two of the batches have been so thick that they blocked the glass dispenser, rendering it unusable. I am currently waiting for my third replacement dispenser, which is presently out of stock. Meanwhile, the customer support team has offered only discounts without addressing the underlying issue. This approach is neither sustainable nor environmentally responsible.

The hand wash pump doesn't always pump & there is no direct way of contacting the company to establish why there's a problem and how it can be solved. Very disappointing not to have an easy way of contact - only a way of ordering more product.

Antiperspirant does work, a bit sticky, I was allergic to it, if you order off your mobile you will not know you have subscribed which with the amount of complaints on here about it should be investigated! On a lap/desk top it clearly states subscribe or not.

I contacted the customer service team to find out if the mouthwash bottle was travel friendly and they responded saying it was. I bought it. However when it arrived it clearly was not suitable because there is no thread on the lid. It is secured by pushing down. Therefore in hold luggage it can easily come off. I asked for a free return because I was misled and they responded saying they don't accept returns of refills. I did not buy a refill. I bought an empty mouthwash bottle. I emailed again and they didn't reply. Very disappointed. I thought a website offering a premium product would have good customer service. I still have a mouthwash bottle I paid £18 for and have no use for, with no way to return it.

Nice product, easy transaction

Really like how clean the bottle keeps the paste with no mess. An it seems thicker than the trial size tubes.

I like the toothpaste. It has a nice fresh taste and cleans my teeth very well.
The container is great and doesn’t deliver too much with each push.

It started with prompt delivery. The packaging was great and you just know that what’s inside must be good too.
I unfortunately had a big problem with my toothpaste pump not working which was a real shame as I just wanted to get going and start using this fabulously tasting and looking stuff.
I contacted you immediately and almost by return of post received a new pack in which I had a pump which worked, no customer service problems here!!!

Makes my teeth feel really clean with no ' gritty' after taste. My previous well known tooth paste used to slide off my electric toothbrush, this one doesn't! Pleasant taste and long lasting.
