Hugely expensive of course
Hugely expensive of course, all pet insurance is, haven’t made a claim and it goes up each year so cannot rate them on their service for claims. BUT charged me £25 to change my policy information from non-neutered to neutered. I was simply updating the information to ensure it was up to date and I think this is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback Sue. Although premiums can change because of a customer’s or pet’s details being updated (such as a change of address or a pet’s neutered status), we have never charged a £25 fee to customers to make changes like this.
