Very attentive mentor. Personally
am not fully committed and have declined the on-line meetings. Am sure they help but am
not yet ready to participate. Have other commitments that get priority.

Easy to order and edit my subscription, quick delivery, good food choices and brilliant mentor, Natalie. Plus, I’ve currently lost almost two stones in just under two months! (I would say that’s the icing on the cake, but I’ve stopped thinking about cake for a little while!)

The delivery of products is efficient.
The mentor support individually and in group meetings are a great support and makes compliance to the program manageable.
I feel much healthier & enjoy exercising again . I am in my 6th week of VLCD and the results are amazing.

I began my Lighter Life journey in January, and what an incredible transformation it has been. Alongside a group of ten, we set out together, guided every step of the way by the unwavering support and encouragement of our amazing mentor.

Over the months, I’ve lost more than three stone, but more importantly, I’ve gained something far greater, a deeper understanding of how to sustain a healthier lifestyle for the long term. This experience has been about so much more than weight loss, it’s been about breaking free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and building something lasting.

I’m truly grateful to Lisa Blair for the inspiration and guidance throughout, I can’t recommend her more highly. And to anyone considering taking the first step, trust yourself and go for it. It might just change your life.

Hi LighterLife is very supportive and easy to follow, it works! Only concern it’s a little bit pricey but if you need something that works this does so it’s worth it

Wanted to share my positive experience of my Lighterlife journey. I have lost over 3 stone, which has left me feeling incredible. I achieved this with the support of our group mentor Lisa Blair, her knowledge, dedication in supporting our group has been exemplary. Lisa set up a wattsapp group which has enabled the group to chat outside of our weekly zoom meetings and having the wattsapp group gives everyone the chance to chat and share ideas and gain additional support when needed. Our group members have all been successful in their personal journeys and it has been amazing to share our achievement together. The whole Lighterlife experience -community has and continues to be excellent and I’m so pleased I joined.

Having a mentor who understands how you feel plus the group sessions makes you feel you are not in it on your own and hearing of others experiences can be inspiring

Lighterlife products are expensive, but it works if you have the right mentor for you, and they are not all the same.
My mentor has been fantastic and I’m currently part way through my second 12 week programme with her, she went through the Lighterlife programme herself and is currently in management so can empathise with everything we’re going through and is just amazing.
Now think how I, and the rest of the group, felt when on Friday we received an email saying that she had left “with immediate effect” but they were there to support us!
So we’re left high and dry, spending £70 per week, taking weeks, or months, to find a mentor we can relate to, and then get unceremoniously dumped. Presumably they’re just going to tell another mentor to take our next group session and assume we’ll be happy with that.
Mentors like ours are worth their weight in gold, they are also franchisees and not employees, what do Lighterlife therefore gain by removing a mentor? What do they think it does to us, the customers who provide their income?
What do they think it does to that mentor who also has bills to pay and this is their business, to have the rug pulled away “with immediate effect”.
How can anyone trust Lighterlife when they treat people like this. You sign up for a programme at great expense and expect to get continuity in mentor support.
I’m disgusted Lighterlife, get your act together, we’re not just numbers we’re human beings, customers, clients and deserve better than you’ve just given us.
If you are reading this because you’re thinking about following the programme then I’d think again and find someone who can deliver what you sign up for, with who you sign up with.

Mentors have been overwhelmingly good, but as a company I have felt like I have been let down. Difficult to get hold of information, and today I have been emailed and told that my mentor is no longer with LighterLife, effective immediately. I, as with many others, am on an intensive 12 week programme and feel blindsided by this cut off. There was no warning and our mentor wasn’t able to prepare us or transition us to an alternative mentor. My post on Facebook has had a cookie cutter response and comments have now been stopped. We no longer have a telephone line to access / enquire. The packs are expensive and effective but only in conjunction with mentor support. For a company that claims to understand addiction and mentor support, this sort of behaviour is incredibly inappropriate. As soon as my packs run out, I’m done. I’ll support companies that treat their employees and supporters with dignity and respect.

I’m still on the weight loss part of my Lighter Life journey. I started in January and have lost over 3 stone so far - still a long way to go. I was worried before I started that I wouldn’t be able to stick to it, however the tools we learn about in group each week with our wonderful mentor Lisa Blair have made such a difference in helping me to understand and reframe my relationship with food. As well as this, the encouragement and support from my mentor and amazing group members has been invaluable in keeping me motivated. Definitely recommend!

The plan is excellent, with really nutritious products and fantastic 1-1 and group support from your mentor. It is the only weight loss plan that has worked long term for me, with results being achieved both quickly and safely. I now feel fitter and healthier, and have been given the tools to keep it up for life

I’ve been on LighterLife for three weeks now and I’m really enjoying the journey. My mentor, Natalie, has been fantastic—so supportive and encouraging. Managing and adjusting my subscription and food pack choices has been very easy.

I’ve also just joined the “Recreating Me” 12-week programme and am looking forward to the next 11 weeks with a lovely, supportive group. All the emails I’ve received from LighterLife have been informative and motivating.

So far, so good—I’m really grateful to be part of LighterLife and everything it offers.
