The change over from my old provider to Lightning Fibre was seamless. The guy in the office and the engineers who did the installation where so accommodating, the instal is virtually invisible. What a great job thank you so much.

Really quick and easy to set up. Good value for money. Called up and was booked in the next week.

I had been wanting to join LF for 3 years or so, but when I first enquired there were connection problems in our street which have only been resolved recently.
On contacting LF they were happy to provide an improved service for the same cost and even better, they are local here in East Sussex. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The speed is excellent and runs better on my PC. Streaming has far less buffering and the new router has both 2.4 and 5 Ghz speeds so any items linked to my router will function with little fuss. Great service - Thank you.

Really nice friendly guys Andy and Ricky, and really tidy. All sorted inside and out and all working perfectly. Andy put passwords for me in the TV, my iPad and my phone. It all took about 2 hours. I can’t speak highly enough of them. And Lightning Fibre is saving me money. How good is that. Very happy customer.

Arrived on time on the day. The 2 people installing the product were very polite and respectful and were mindful when in and out as it was raining.
Overall very pleased and you can contact a person directly should you have a query which makes a great difference and is much quicker than an online chat.
Would definitely recommend to others.

I have recently changed broadband provider to Lightning Fibre. They made the transition straightforward both practically and administratively. Pre transition their approach was informative and helpful, but never pushy. I am now experiencing good quality WiFi at a far more competitive price.
My reasons for changing were: locally-based service with own infrastructure, high quality service, helpful product information and more affordable pricing.

This is my 3rd year with Lightning , very good service ,no problems with buffering etc, very smooth , I have called them a couple of times and each time I had no wait, no robot ,and complete satisfaction with one of their excellent knowledgeable staff sorting my enquiry with no fuss.
Highly recommended.
