Amszing Experience

Service been down 5 days now

Service been down 5 days now . No information and no idea when it will be resolved. Telephoned numerous times and been promised phone calls back. Doesn’t happen! I have been given no timescale for information. Not good enough.

Fiber connection pleasure with help from Olly and Grant …

We recently had fiber from Connect Fiber.
The sales and support from Olly was amazing his support and advice made the cable installation faultless. Olly was always available evening and weekends very polite and always followed up on calls or messages Olly is a credit to Connect Fiber.
The connection day was made a pleasure with the engineer Grant, for professional service and workmanship Grant went above and beyond. We needed our fibre to be routed over a new metal roof so we installed the conduit and ductwork through our concrete yard to our specification. Grant worked with me pulling the cable from the header in to the house. His work standard and respect for our home is perfect taking his boots off at the door and cleaning up at the end of the installation. The above and beyond was setting up our Sky Q installation if you know you know 😏.
We are having a speed issue that CF are monitoring but this is nothing to do with Olly and Grant they are both a credit the company.

Connect Fibre legendary staff

So we have been with Connect Fibre a while and decided upgrade to 500mb.
The support we received was phenomenal, a few small hiccups but Matt from Connect Fibre kept in touch and guided us through everything.
My advice when choosing Fibre Broadband go to Connect Fibre, their staff are competent, caring, actually listen to you, don't read off a script and aren't based in Outer Mongolia.
Connect Fibre you are nailing it, also keep hiring blokes like Matt he's a credit to you.

Excellent service.

Sky kept increasing my monthly fee for no appreciable improvement in performance or other benefit. Connect Fibre were doing well in my area. Other local residents seemed very impressed so I spoke with their salesperson Amelka Paszkiewicz. We agreed a deal and installation was swiftly arranged. The installation guys pulled a new fibre cable to my house and then arranged call back to install the hub. The hub installation went very smoothly and took about 2 hours. Very clean installation. All of my devices connected very easily and are performing faster. The performance checks I performed indicated the service was delivering on target (256MB). I was particularly pleased that my TP Link Deco mesh network connected seamlessly and is working really well. An excellent service and highly recommended!

Great service

Great service. It was an easy job for the engineer luckily, but we had conversations and he answered the questions I had too. Couldn't ask for better.

Do not change company’s just to save…

Do not change company’s just to save some money, I changed in March from virgin media as my 250gb was going up to £42, the only reason I changed was to save some money worst decision ever couldn’t even change back to virgin if I had wanted to because the installer removed the virgin cable, the Connect fibre salesman offered 500gb for less than £30, had it installed an have had nothing but issues ever since not even getting half the speed I’m ment to and sometimes it’s that crap I get less than 50gb internet keeps lagging an all devices an consoles upstairs in the house, contacted them multiple times to be told it’s where I’ve got the WiFi box yet had no issues with it being in the corner of the living room when It was virgin.
The suggested fix from then was to add a mesh box thing that I could plug in upstairs which would cost me an extra £10 a month to help fix the issue of it lagging upstairs, why should I have to pay the extra £10 for it a month when it’s there Internet that’s shit, even the neighbours are having issues my one neighbour has had to have two WiFi routers in her properly one upstairs one down as it was that bad an they split the internet. The internet constantly drops connection on my phone when upstairs and most of the time I end up just using my SIM card internet. Another issue myself an my two neighbours have had is that twice since March the internet has gone off completely for hours … AVOID
