Competitively priced, well packaged, my nly minor gripe they were a little slow to dispatch, but who knows perhaps tey were very busy.

Just really helpful. I needed to replace the glass in an outside light I purchased last year as it broke over the winter. Not covered by guarantee as due to adverse weather but despite ordering a replacement, Lights2U cancelled the order and managed to supply the replacement glass shade at a lower cost. Thank you.

I ordered 2 wall lights on 22nd Nov in the hope of having them installed in my lounge for Christmas. I received a confirmation and dispatched email but still no sign of the lights.

**Edit. The issue was quickly resolved as it turned out to be a carrier problem and i received them no problem. The correspondence and updates from Elliott has been excellent and very much appreciated.

I'd seen these lights on line and they were £113 each, and I needed 4 which was far too expensive. I kept searching the Internet and found the same lights at Lights2U and they were only £78 each. So firstly, a massive saving! All other aspects of the business, communication, delivery etc was brilliant too. My lights look beautiful and I'm one very happy and satisfied customer!

Quality light

Beautiful light fixtures, I bought 5 in total and they arrived very well packaged. There were a few imperfections to the large Aries 4 chandeliers (the most expensive of the lights purchased). However, I can live with this over the hassle of return and redelivery. They are all now fitted, work perfectly and make a real statement in each room, which is just what I had hoped for.
The products from the PRC were a touch expensive hence 4 stars and not 5

I was anxious as the six lamps I ordered were coming from abroad and other companies had told me that the lamps were discontinued.
Elliot was very understanding and reassured me at all stages that all was well that the plamps were on their way and they arrived just as expected

"Available" items on their website: this actually means they might be able to get the items from somewhere else, after a few weeks.

We ordered a porch light, it was delivered on time and looks great.
