Great service and always polite and helpful! Have bought from this business for a few years now and the quality of their items is good and reasonably priced! Not too many companies now a days where you can speak to a human.

Unfortunately nowadays, from a consumer’s perspective it feels that no one is bothered with service levels

However, there are still the odd occasions where great service is provided. Lights for You definitely provided great service, and it’s really appreciated

Just by chance I found this lighting company a few years ago that was offering better quality lighting almost commercial like but at very reasonable prices ..
my oldest set is now around three years old and yet they still look brand-new without any deterioration or discolouration
I’ve already had several purchases of them without any issues very easy to deal with very easy order and fast delivery
Around Christmas 2024 I treated myself some new garden lights But come April 2025 when I was putting them up I found that they was wrong colour
I drop them a quick email that was answered within hours, even though it was late at night
Everything was resolved within 48 hours
Excellent communication, excellent customer service
They arranged collection of the incorrect lights And delivery of the new lights
And even though it was no inconvenience to me they still left a little gift With the replacement lights
I Cannot recommend this company enough even though my purchases may be small, I felt like a very valued customer I’ve got my friends and family into looking at buying their lights

Commercial grade products, at a really good price.
I've had the Christmas lights and Festoon lights for several years, these are very high quality h07rn-f rubber cable lights with fully potted connections and very energy efficient LED bulbs.

I have no doubt the lights will outlast me! We have the festoon lights around our garden and use them every night all year round.

After-sales support has been 1st class when we needed a replacement bulb, after high winds knocked down the fence panel it was mounted to.

You won't be disappointed, these are not the same lights you buy in the shops, that need replacing every few years. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered some lights last year - one of the controller boxes failed. Contacted the Company and a new one sent out within 3 days. No Ifs, Buts or arguments - excellent service

Absolutely great communication from Lisa who sorted out the extensions to our cluster lights. Looks absolutely fantastic on our house. Roll on December 1st when we can turn them on!

I can not recommend a company more. From ordering to after sales care lights 4 you are outstanding. We fitted our lights incorrectly and some were not working. I dropped them an email and within minutes I had a call from Lisa who talked me through what to do and couldn't do enough to help me. I will be back next year to buy more lights for our garden. 5⭐

Lisa, was excellent in replacing a set of string LED lights that i had purchased last year. With a quick phone call to me it was quickly dignosed where the issue was. Quick as a flash a replacement set were sent to me. Lisa thanks for all your help..... will be using again

These lighting products are premium and almost certainly going to last longer than budget lighting products. My history of holiday lighting is about three years at best before rust and corrosion take their effect. While it's still early days, my current assessment is that this company has good quality products and support service. So refreshing in this day and age.

Once again, I'm a returning customer and, as ever, the products are good and the service received first-class.

Top quality lights, (they last for many many years) and very fast delivery with good communication. Lights4You comes highly recommended
