A scam from China

I ordered lights on a ‘buy one get one free’ offer, in gold & silver so 4 lights in total. I received my lights yesterday but only 2, they are both broken & in a different box to the one shown on the website. To say they are cheap & shabby is an understatement. They say that on a buy one get one free offer I only get one!! To get a refund I need to pay to return the items (tracked) back to China!!! A complete scam. Don’t waste your money! I’m gutted.

This is a fake company, they will not deliver. All details in their fake website are FAKE.
This is not a company. Is run by "George". The business address in London is fake. It took weeks for me to receive poor quality/plastic looking lights from China. When I asked George for a refund I was told I would have to pay for their return to China. Use the site at your peril!

Red Alert‼️🚨

As previously indicated, this is an imposter website of Lights Copenhagen. You’ll find them heavily advertising on social media such as Instagram.

I was looking for a specific light and noticed they had them in stock. Checked the shipping details and placed an order. *Orders received before 2pm ship the same day, 3 - 5 day shipping, showroom Old Glouster Street, London* Sent them numerous emails about the order and when it would ship - No response! Called the phone number on the website - Number dead. Messaged on Instagram and via Shop - No response. Emailed the Gmail account and finally got a response to say it had shipped and I couldn’t cancel, then another email to say order has been cancelled. No email about my refund.

Contacted my bank and initiated the ‘Chargeback’ sequence.

Avoid this imposter like the plague!
