Disappointed customer.

I have ordered from Lilakshop many times over the past few years and spent a lot of money (more than I would care to admit) on Stray Kids merch both online and in store. I have generally always had a very positive experience and everything has came in perfect condition and packaged well, but lately I’ve found I’m having more and more issues. On three separate occasions I have been able to place an order only to receive an email a few days later to tell me that unfortunately one or more of the items in my order has been refunded due to their stock being incorrect. This is super frustrating as I know when both regular and pre-order items are out of stock you can’t even place an order and they remove the listing from their website straight away so I’m confused as to how when a product is only released and showing as available and I’m able to place an order, it’s somehow out of stock days later. One of my last orders, I was refunded for a Fox.iny bag charm as it was no longer available. I was fine with it for the most part, only the other item in my order was just a regular social path album photocard that cost €7.95. I wasn’t refunded any of the shipping (which was €17.95) for both items, meaning I paid €17.95 shipping ontop of €7.75 for one photocard that retails on pocamarket for less than what they are charging. I have emailed about it three times and still have not had any response. I’m still awaiting one more order placed on February 4th that contains a pre-order item among other items. I’ve had no update as to when I will receive this nor that there is a delay. There is no mention of it on their pre-order Google tracking page. And I’m almost certain that by the time it comes to my order being shipped, one of the other items that is not a pre-order will be out of stock. I also recently visited the physical store for the Valentines cup sleeve and left feeling very disappointed. It was very hyped up over social media but the event itself was underwhelming and wasn’t worth the money (nor the day trip I made over from Ireland to the UK). Not sure I see myself being a customer anymore.

Would buy from them again

I ordered 3 items from the website. It took exactly a week for them to arrive from the day I ordered.

They were wrapped well with bubblewrap to prevent damage during transit but the box used was too small for one of the items so that arrived crushed. The other two items are in better condition.

All expected items were included such as photo cards and stickers. I also appreciate that this company has a loyalty scheme as K-pop shopping can set you back quite a bit!

I would buy again and I’d have given 5 stars if they had used the correct size box.

I've ordered twice from France

I've ordered twice from France because I couldn't find the items I was looking for on my usual platforms, and it went well each time. No issues with the customs, and the delivery times announced were met. I personally find the website pleasant to browse. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the photocards and other official inclusions. I was also pleasantly surprised by the product diversity, they only cover a relatively small selection of k-pop groups and artists, but they do it well :)

Don’t deliver on time!

I preordered some stray kids merch for my daughter back in August. Was hoping to give it to her for her birthday or Christmas but although being assured that it’s ‘here’ wherever that is I still haven’t received it yet!!! One very disappointed little girl for her birthday and then Christmas. Thank goodness for HMV who now have a good K-pop department and other K-pop shops who can deliver on time!!!! Really disappointed and once I get my order I will NOT be ordering from them again! You have been warned …

Great Second Purchase

This is my second purchase and it has been great again. I'm very lucky that the Dream version of Loossemble was still available (it's my fav!!). It shipped and arrived as well. The album itself came in great condition and my pulls are amazing!! I would recommend getting this album if you have the chance, and I recommend buying from this store!

No update on current order

Preordered in August which was released at the start of November, was told the estimated delivery was Mid November before I placed the order which I thought ‘great as it’s a birthday present’ we are now in December and I still haven’t received my order! Every time I asked about it all they say ‘it should be coming in this week’ well that’s all I heard for the last 2 weeks, not good enough. They haven’t updated us if there had been a delayed! Definitely won’t be ordering from here again, my friend also pre ordered albums here for an August 2025 release and only received them 2 weeks ago in November.

Love lilakshop 💜

Staff are lovely and so helpful in store - online orders arrive fast and honestly one of the best kpop store in the UK ! Prices are great and amazing items to pre order ! It’s been amazing to see the shop and community grow !

A new favourite shop

I truly had one of the best online shopping experiences with this store. The quality, the packaging the variety of the fandoms. Definitely will be taking a trip to visit the store in person too one day.

Incredible people and place

These guys are absolutely amazing, I'm so glad I found them, such a sweet bunch and so kind. Although I mostly shop online in which they have an incredible range to choose from, I recently went to the actual shop for the cup sleeve event and I've never felt more welcome, everyone was so lovely, I would never go anywhere else for my kpop needs, truly appreciate everything they do ❤️

One of my favourite shops to buy from

I have been ordering from Lilakshop for quite a long time. Most orders have no issues and even if one occurs it is communicated with me. Pre-orders can take a while but one thing to remember when ordering is it takes a while to get to the store in the first place and it will take a while for smaller store to send anything out.
They have for a while now had a pre-order update page on their website which is really helpful and will answer emails during the week regarding order queries.
I always get my items packaged safely, I get updates when I ask for them and also based on why is said decide if I need sooner or not.
The team are great in store and online. I recommend visiting the store sometime as the area it is located is also beautiful.

Absolutely amazing!!

I have been ordering from here for months now and I trust them so much with my orders!! They are always gonna be my place to go to buy any kpop merch they are absolutely amazing girls honestly I enjoy their lives so much they are all so lovely! If I ever have a problem with an order or even I have a question they never hesitate to email me back and help me!! I love you guys I really do recommend lilakshop to any uk kpop fans

I won’t buy from LilaKShop again…

I will not be placing any further orders with LilaKShop. Initially, I trusted them when I preordered the Stray Kids Karma Skzoo in July, as I had previously used their online shop for photo cards. However, my recent experience has left me frustrated, angry, and uncertain about whether I would ever receive my order. They take a long time to process preorders and provide inadequate customer support regarding estimated arrival dates and order enquiries, leaving customers in the dark. When I emailed seeking information about the approximate arrival time of my order, they overlooked my straightforward question and directed me to their preorder page. I had already looked at this page before contacting them and found it lacking in useful information, such as an estimated arrival/shipping date, which is why I had emailed them in the first place to clarify the approximate date which they should know. Additionally, they remove the original listing from the website, preventing customers from tracking the initial delivery date they promised when payment was made. Every other UK KPop shop I follow processed and shipped the Karma and Skzoo albums approximately two to three weeks after the August release and offered meaningful shipping updates and full transparency regarding any delays. Why couldn’t LilaKShop do the same? I have now received my Skzoo Album in October which was well packaged, however I didn’t like the lack of transparency and I will not be using them in the future. Meaningful customer service is essential to me rather than a constant social media presence which doesn’t address these simple order queries.

Great customer service

I've ordered many times from Lilakshop and had a few issues with orders, but this is to be expected every so often as much of the stock is pre-ordered and reliant on the supplier shipping on time. I have in the past had issues contacting them, but this seems to have improved and I really can't fault their customer service recently, they've responded quickly when I've completed a web form or sent an email, and resolved with no hassle.

False advertising and sending damaged Photocards

I’ve ordered from this shop many times and never had any problems (around a year I’ve been ordering here) until July this year. I ordered a Karina Photocard expecting it to have no damage (considering it was quite highly priced at £12!) however when I received the card it had major damage and was bent from the middle to each edge. I tried contacting them twice about this problem hoping for a solution but there was no answer so I decided to just leave it and hope it was a one off situation. I then placed another 2 orders since then with no issues apart from them being delayed sent however the next order I placed being a ningning Photocard also came severely damaged with clear dents on the front of of Photocard, I tried emailing about this and once again no response. It’s such a shame because this shop used to be amazing for buying Photocards. I have been informed they do purchase second hand Photocards which may explain some damage to them but surely you wouldn’t sell damaged ones or if you did you would atleast let the buyer know and sell them at a reduced price!

Pre-order debacle

Utterly distasteful attitude towards customers with a 2 half month turn around when promising 2-5 weeks.
Putting the long pre-order wait times aside for a moment, I will touch on this later, I was very disappointed about the lack of customer service from this shop.
I emailed asking for an update on the Straykids pre-orders to which I was given a very generic “check our website” reply. This was disappointing at best.
When I did get a notification to say the first of 2 pre-ordered Straykids albums had been put in the post it took a further two days for the post office to receive it. This tells me that they did not hand it in to a post office or hand over to a collecting postman, instead putting it into a post-box. I waited a further three days for the delivery, all of this on a 48 hour recorded delivery fee. When it did arrive the album had been placed in a soft envelope, one of the bubblewrap ones. Unfortunately, the box in which the album came in was damaged. It was squashed along one side and there was a tear on the other.
I sent an email about this and it has now been over a week for any resolution to come through. We have exchanged several emails about this and I have sent photographs of the album as well.
I was however, happy to see that the second order did arrive in a proper cardboard box with sufficient packaging. This feels like it shouldn’t be such a big win, but a general practice for these albums. As a K-pop seller the owners and staff should be aware that most buyers of the albums will want to display them and how disappointing it would be to receive a broken album.
I have been very disappointed with the way the owners and staff seem to be more interested in their social media presence, not to be mistaken for customer service. They frequently go on TikTok lives and will actively ignore any customer service question posed to them in the comments. I have in fact, whilst looking on trust pilot noticed that the company often replies to reviews within 24 hours which appears to be much faster than they reply to the email and website portal messages.
I am also aware that people who have bought from other countries such as Ireland have also been having some trouble with their orders. Again there has been little to no communication past the initial confirmation email. When one customer sent a message through the online portal to cancel their preorder and request a refund for the full amount; the product was placed into the post the following day. Highlighting that the social media person is not looking at the online portal on a daily basis which is some thing they should be doing for doing customer service. I wonder if they are not aware that this practice is part of the social media side of a customer facing business. The person in Ireland has informed me that in her email to the Lilakshop she did make the suggestion that if she did not get any response she would take the matter further and contact small claims court and the Ombudsman. She has still yet to receive a response to this email, it has been over 48 hours.
I was recommended the lilakshop by a friend, who ensured us it was a reliable shop, unfortunately, I do not feel Myself and others who have ordered from them during the Straykids Karma release have received this. I would like to know touch on the wait times for this. The website advised that there could be a 2-5 week delay in delivery for the pre-orders.. We all gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for our orders. However, since then there was very little communication about this. The Pre-order updates page makes little sense to someone looking at it for the first time and continues to be a messily set out and often unreadable page. At no point was there any communications re emails to the customers that had any apologies or updates about any delays happening with these orders leaving many people to discover manufactory delays via the internet and not Lilakshop.
Overall, I would say the owner and members may need to take a look at the way they are working with customers as I can now see that mine is not the first lesser review. I would suggest spending more time checking the online portal and emails much more often than the social media. For a company that appears invested in their public image a customer would believe they would also want to give good service to new and not only “loyal” customers.

Do not bother pre-ordering, waste of time

Waste of time ordering. I pre-order3d the Skzoo pop up store 2025 merch (the flower merch to be exact) back in March. It is now 6th October and I still have nothing. I was promised back at the end of August they'd ship out by the end of the week. Nothing. Constantly messaging them the past 3 weeks. Which I'm told my stuff would be sent out by the end of the week. It's an absolute joke. The evil skzoo I did have an update on to say it'll take a little longer which is fine. But for a plush and t-shirt that I PRE ORDERED back in March and still not have, is an absolute joke. I won't be ordering again when they arrive. Don't bother wasting your time or money. You'll never get an exact answer or time for when you will receive anything.

It’s now the beginning of October with nothing. Whenever someone asks about their album they refuse to answer or just go to their website and look at the faq page! Ridiculous customer service, shop elsewhere for your kpop goods

Don't trust them

They literally never answer their messages. So if you want to risk something going wrong and not getting answers, go for it. I've probably sent them 5 emails/dms over a couple of orders and got no response, plenty of "read" though.

Another great purchase!

I pre-ordered Stray Kids Hollow albums. They arrived in perfect condition and with all pre-order benefits. There was an issue with receiving one album (not the fault of Lilakshop, but this was communicated to me and refunded). I know pre-orders can take a little longer but they were worth the small wait. I am always happy with my orders from here- they are a great little kpop store and I wish I lived closer to visit.
