My first time ordering from the store for my 7 year old daughter who is a big stray kids fan, great range of products to choose from and the item purchased also was on offer so great price. Have since placed another order and will continue to purchase more items in the future.

BTS VERSION 4 lightstick pre ordered and received in plenty of time for July concerts.

Order was sent in a used envelope and just taped at the end. It arrived sealed with the tape still but when video unboxing found that an item was missing from my order and now its out of stock. Emailed them several times and sent video too with no reply too.
Changed number of stars to 3 as they did eventually contact and sent out missing item and apologised for how it was sent out

Amzing, pre orded my daughters bts lightsticks for concert they was delivered yesterday.everything perfect, will be ordering from here again, thank you got 2 very happy daughters now xxx

I went today for straykids anniversary and they had so much in stock especially with photocards and i found the exact one i wanted!! the staff were incredibly friendly, the store is just amazing and easy to find! I’ve been once before and was so excited to come back! I will definitely be returning again!

I give 4 stars because there was a mix up with itams i was sent the wrong one however after emailing them we got it sorted and I got the right itam today the box was a little dammiged but itams were overall okay even afte rthe mix up i would 100% order again because of great customer service and they are so understanding

Pre-ordered items from soojib for my daughters 16th birthday a few weeks before hand and they didn’t come until over a month after I placed the order but we found out London had opened a store a week before her birthday so she was able to get all of the stray kids merch from there. We were out in London on her actual birthday so the stuff that came late was like another little birthday for her. Thankyou for the staff in soojib store London, I spent loads but they also gave her some freebies as it was her birthday. Very happy. Thankyou! ❤️
