Received one of my items and it's great quality. Still waiting on one to arrive due to a delay but when I messaged I was given a explanation and kept updated. Will definitely be ordering more sets 😄

What started out as prompt communication about my return request has now become total silence. I’m left with clothing that doesn’t work for me and a supposedly partial refund never received by me and no reply to my request for proof of refund (they said they would provide proof so I could track it down with my bank). …….Don’t believe their “complete satisfaction” claims.

Each time I have ordered an item wether its for testing or no they have always been amazing at communication, and even their testing outfits are amazing I love them for my little girl 🫶🙏x

Ordered from this lady for Xmas pyjamas for my little girls and for a nursery graduation T-shirt for my oldest daughter. Everything came perfect and I also still have the pyjamas that I ordered and are still in perfect condition, and the T-shirt is in my daughter memory box. The quality of the stuff is 10/10 and I would absolutely recommend ordering from her. Customer service is amazing and always gets back to you straight away. Currently ordering this years Xmas pyjamas from her and can not wait to see them as I can imagine they will be just as good if not better than last years🥰

I’ve followed the page for a while but I’ve always been worried about ordering due to all the scams going about. HOWEVER, I’ve been proven wrong!

Ordered the personalised safari shorts set for £5 as a tester. Came within 2 weeks, seller was lovely to speak to. Quality wise, these are much better than expected! they are very soft and the shorts are actually pretty thick so can be worn even when it’s not hot. The personalisation is very cute too. I usually struggle to like the way things are personalised but these are well done. My son has sensory sensitivities and these are a firm favourite of his now!

I was sceptical at first as i'm always wary of ordering online , but my order came and was great.. soon as i received my order i was ordering more and will carrying on ordering now i know they are legit!

Ordered two mystery sets but only one arrived, I contacted the company straight away and they apologised and got another sent out straight away. Communication was great and they were very helpful. The set is amazing quality and my son is over the moon with it! Thank you again will definitely be ordering more 😊

Disgusting company. I ordered 3 shorts sets from here in March and never recieved them. Items have never been recieved and when I made contact regarding an update after the 21 days, alarm bells began to ring. I was told they were been collected and would be with me by the end of that week... which never came. There were numerous updates posted during this time frame though stating orders were been packed and dispatched as well as 'reviews' from people.
After another month I again made contact explaining my order still wasnt recieved and was told she was going to contact the courier. Another 2 weeks passed and I again made contact to see what the courier had said and apparently they were ignoring her 🙄 I was offered to have a replacement order or a refund to which I asked for a refund. Not been funny but why would I give them a 2nd chance to not send my order! Its been another 2 weeks and still not recieved a refund. States on the website and socials theres a 21 day turn around not including weekends or bank holidays, but for me its been 3 months of waiting and chasing and been told a load of rubbish.
This was my first time placing an order and I guarantee I will never attempt again! This whole set up is a scam!

Absolute shocking. Apparently my order was lost or not delivered by courier twice. Seeing some of the reviews it seems a recurring issue so why not change courier?
Seems a dodgy company to purchase from with so many of the purchases not getting delivered. Received my refund 3 months after order.

Order did take a while due to how busy they are. But the order arrived today and the outfits are prefect! So worth the wait and in time for holiday and summer ❤️❤️
