Placed 2 orders back in May for Short Sets. Constantly messaging asking about dispatch times as it was over their 21 day dispatch. Not much of an update given. Request a refund as items were still not dispatched/delivered in August. Refund in process has been more than 14 working days. I have now had to get in touch with mu bank and report its a fraud in order to get my money back. Would not recommend at all.

Me and my family love Lilly’s boutique. This page posts some amazing things and 100% deliver. I haven’t had anything I do not like. They keep you updated on orders (pre order’s) and let you know the time frames for delivery.

Delivery’s I have had have been very fast and prompt and I couldn’t ask for better. Would 100% recommend this boutique to friends and family, can’t wait for my other orders. Thank you x

I ordered 2 Christmas mystery bags for my girls and what we received was well packed. The items where lovely cant wait to use them I can tell she took the time to chose what was best for them so thank you very much

Amazing products, have had the best communication with supplier and even tweeked my orders to be perfect for my child with a disability have gone out there way so she doesn't have to be left out truly am greatful. Will definitely be order alot more

Multiple orders placed for hundreds of pounds with promised dates of delivery in however many weeks for each order. Nothing has arrived and it has been a good 5 months. The latest order delivery date was the end of May which was for football strips for the World Cup. The company promised a refund but now are ignoring messages and comments but replying to other people in the comments sections.

Avoid this company as they will rob you blind. No integrity and an actual joke.

don't reply. don't send your items. don't give a refund. do not buy from them they're a joke 🛑

I’ve ordered quite a few things for my little boy for Christmas which all look amazing and reasonably priced, recieved the first of my orders today and lilys boutique message soon after delivery to check it arrived safely. I can’t wait for the rest of my deliveries to arrive :)

I ordered on Thursday night and Friday morning and items came Saturday ! Have reordered again can’t wait for bits to come , thankyou so much! The quality of the items is great.
I also had a couple orders refunded and cancelled last year but really glad I gave them another chance x

I have had excuse after excuse. Please dont let this company scam you. They DO NOT send any items to you, they will then make excuses as to why, you will then spend your time chasing your refund; again with no refund given. STAY away, absolute liars and thieves.

I love the pjs they are so cute, they reply really quickly and will help you with whatever questions you have

Ordered personalised birthday pyjamas, fruit shoot labels and boxes for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Was highly satisfied with all the communication throughout the process and super quick delivery too considering I didn’t give much notice.

I placed two orders with company, unfortunately I did not receive these. I contacted them and after going back and forward to get best outcome for me the company issued a refund. Company tried there best and resolved the issue the best way they could.
