I would give zero stars if I could. I'm angry and have received terrible customer service. There is days between my email and replies. The replies are not helpful. I paid Oct. Q0 and still today have not gotten my items!

I want to be fair. I never received my items, but I was finally issued a refund. I had to email them a lot and be persistent, but I did finally get a refund in Dec of 2024.

Awful scam! I ordered two of the Christmas gnome advent calendars, what a nightmare! It took weeks to receive one , a gift, and mine is still missing. And when my sister opened hers - it was a joke! The ad said she would receive an advent calendar that would be a few feet tall, full of plush gnomes. Instead, she got a flimsy piece of cardboard, the size of a piece of paper, with little plastic gumball junk in it! I am mortified and furious. Don’t waste your money, and Shame on this company!!

Totally dissatisfied with my purchase of “ Mom, I Want to Hear Your Story" from @Lilynhyme!!! When I received my item I noticed there was multiple spelling errors. I took pictures and sent them to @Lilynhyme. Although @Lilynhyme offered a refund they refused to cover shipping costs. I still do not understand why they would want a piece of trash back and have me pay for it. It’s worth nothing. At that point a full refund should have been issued.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Complete FRAUD! I ordered something on 10/2 and today on 11/16, still wait. I have emailed the company numerous times asking where my merchandise is, just to be ignored. No merchandise, no response but out the money. Disgusting!

I purchased the gnome advent calendar. JUNK. I asked for a refund, they offered 30% in lieu of sending back to China. I said I was disputing the charge with my back for false advertising and fraud, and I got a full refund. There are only 3 stuffed gnomes, the rest are plastic trinkets. STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY SCAMMERS…..The rating is a 0. This is a scam company. I bought the Xmas advent calendar that was advertised on TikTok large with detailed Gnomes. First it took my order forever to get here and when I do receive it today it was a very small box with cheap little dollar tree ornament Gnomes and erasers. I want a refund, this company should be shut down and sued. False advertising, poor customer service.

I bought the Christmas gnome advant calendar for my mom. But I just got the parcel today and what's a joke it was. Pretty much everything inside of it was that's just crap and there's 3 gnomes that look like a child glue them together. Stay away from this company... I'm trying to get my money back. Wish me luck...

The product that you order is not the product you receive. Do not purchase from this company. So sad to scam the public. They do not return any emails from customer service, there is no such thing as customer service, skip this company!!!

Scam scam scam. Buyer beware. Being the video had 50k views with positive feedback. I believe they highjacked it and put their info into the ordering. Will not answer emails or contact from website.

I am disappointed with this product/company. How can they advertise one thing then sell me something completely different. Plus, they have over charged me.My receipt was for $44.94 BUT, charged me $69.97 posted from my State??? Also wanted payment in US dollars. SCAM! I brought knee high Xmas gnomes with X 25 days event calendar. But, this is not what I got. I got 24cm by 26cm box. False advertising - showing one thin, then giving another. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They take your money but once you complain about their product you hear nothing!! Dealing with these people through PayPal. I only use PayPal as they do not allow companies to rip people off!!

Same as others. Saw the nome calendar on Instagram and the video they use shows a large box and what I got was a 10” x12” box! It’s funny I can’t find the ad on Instagram anymore. Hmmmm!

This is a scam please don't waste your money.

Bought a ski hood which arrived but much smaller than advertised in the pictures - no way it was going to fit over a helmet. Suspect the pictures for their products bear little relation to what you get sent. Also delivery took ages.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Do not order! I ordered a gnome advent calendar and complete junk! Not even close to advertised.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You get 3 small crappy crafted gnomes and 21 tiny 1 inch cheap rubber trinkets stuffed into a smal 9x9 box.

Complete scam and did not get the product advertised. I reached out to the company via their website to their customer service center and after a week, I have have not received a response. Their website has a quick Better Business Bureau (BBB) emblem at the top, BUT I cannot locate them on BBB.

Don’t buy from this company!!
I watched a video of the gnome Christmas avent calendar looked amazing.
But what I received was bits of plastic 1 x gnome and box was so small and damaged.
Only 30% refund received.
They said send back at my cost.. I stated so it can be lost and I get nothing back!!

I purchased 3 gnome advent calendars and I am extremely ticked off!!!! They say they are 24 12” gnomes for the Christmas calendar and I also purchased the Halloween one. The boxes are so small and are NOT as advertised. I have not opened them yet. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges to see what happens. I also emailed lilyrhyme regarding this. I better get my money back, I spent almost $110 on these falsely and fraudulently advertised gnomes! I am truly beyond pi**ed off! 😡

This company is a scam! They advertise awesome stuff then send you trash that is NOTHING like what they advertised! They also advertise 24/7 live customer service and that’s a lie too.

Product received was not what was advertised! Tried to return but gave up after MULTIPLE attempts to get a return address. Don’t waste your money!
