I too got scammed with the advent calendar. I have been so excited for it to arrive. Just opened it and can’t believe what I’m looking at. The video they use showing a huge box with”12 gnomes is a LIE!!! Do not buy anything from this company!

I'd rate it a zero but you can't. I ordered the Gnome Advent Calendar and just received it. It was supposed to be filled with 24, 12 inch gnomes but instead I received 3, maybe 4 or 5 inch gnomes, and a bunch if rubber ornaments. Extremely disappointed

Scam. I saw an "unboxing" video and was excited for the Christmas gnome calendar. I saw what company it was and even went out to the website and ordered it, not through the link. It is advertised as a large calendar holding "one of a kind" gnomes in each little advent door. It was huge in the video advertising it. What I received was a small advent calendar maybe the size of a box of chocolates and by reading the other reviews will not contain what I thought I was ordering. No contact back from the company. Hoping my bank will accept the charge dispute.

I orders two tote bags from this company and they claim they delivered them, but they were never received. I have tried reaching out to their customer suppprt team and they have been no help whatsoever. I have had no help with Shop either who I purchased them through. Fraud!!

I bought what looked like a great gift for my grandkids, my husband is Norwegian and this would be a great memory! The box was 6x8 and had all plastic pieces. The say 24/7 customer service, that doesn’t exist. Send three e-mails to contact me and haven’t heard anything. PLEASE, PLEASE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought 4 gnome calendars for my grandchildren. Complete rip off. Took ages to come, the box is very small, and poorly made and the 12 inch gnomes do not exist but are in fact cheap plastic ornaments. Please do not buy from this company. They have not responded to my request for a total refund. This is fraud.

I recently purchased two Gnome Advent Calendars, one for my granddaughter and one for me to open together as they live two provinces away. It is not as advertised. There are two gnomes in the whole package and the rest are plastic Christmas characters/items that are smaller than 1” x 1”. I was expecting a fold out calendar filled with gnomes for each day. Total rip off. Don’t buy!!

Items came poorly packaged and damaged. They’re telling me they will refund 30% if I am patient. What?!

It’s a scam false advertising. Do not waste your money. Products are not the same as advertised. Cheap knock offs not the same size that’s offered or product. It’s a scam. Save your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I recently purchased the Gnome Advent Calendar for my granddaughter. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A PIECE OF CRAP. IT IS NOWHERE NEAR AS ADVERTISED. THE BOX IS ABOUT 12x12 AND THE GNOMES ARE PLASTIC AND SMALL. PLUS ALL THE SLOTS DO NOT HAVE GNOMES IN THEM.
I WOULD SEND IT BACK BUT I AM SURE IT WOULD BE A HASSLE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY.

The gnome Christmas calendar is a scam!!!oh my gos what a complete sham… shame on these people

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I never received my Christmas gnome calendar!!!! I have emailed the company twice with no response!!!!! Please do order from this company!!!

Do NOT order from here! Read everyone’s reviews. They are all the same and they are all accurate. This is a scam. I encourage you all to file a report with "ReportFraud.ftc.gov"

This was a bait and switch. I ordered the gnome advent calendar which was supposed to be 24 gnomes at about 12" in size. Instead it was 21 pieces of 1" rubber ornaments and 3 gnome heads at about 4" a piece. I could have gotten this junk at a dollar store for a lot less than the $40 they charge you. Don't trust the site! It's not even worth one star!

Total WASTE OF MONEY!!! NO “Guarantee” or “24/7 Customer Support”. Terrible product. I ordered the Gnome Christmas Advent Calendar that is advertised as receiving 24 x 12" gnomes. What a piece of trash! The calendar arrived and it had 3 tiny gnomes that are 4" tall each and then 21 tiny rubber ornaments that are complete junk. Total waste of money!!!

Total scam, waste of money, false advertising. Promised plush gnomes received cheap, small rubbish.

I, like everyone else who wrote a review was scammed by Lilyrhyme, aka "moonycozy" I ordered three Christmans Advent calendars that were advertised as containing 24, 12" plush gnomes. Instead I recieved an 11" square box, that I never opened, because it couldn't possibly even hold 4, 12" gnomes due to it's small size. When I shook the box, you could clearly hear that whatever was inside was not plush, but of a hard material. I could not find a phone number to call, so I e-mailed them using the e-mail address from the one they sent me to confirm my order. I didn't give them much time to respond because after reading that others tried the same and never heard from them, I thought it was pointless. Since I paid by CC, I decided to call Chase Bank for help. Chase said they would file a dispute with the company on my behalf, and said the funds would be returned back to my account in a couple of days. Chase asked if I would return the items if requested, and of course I said yes, at their expense. Hope this info helps someone.

Absolute SCAM!! WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISING. Can't get anyone to respond to my 3 emails!!

Total SCAM not even a gnome in it just plastic christmas ormanents not even gnomes!!! discussed

I'm so mad. I paid over 40 for a gnome advent calendar. I opened up to receive 22 rubbery ( looks like it's from the dollar and quarter tree) figurines that aren't even gnomes about maybe an inch tall, 2 gnomes that looked like preschool arts and crafts, and 1 gnome that looked ok. I wish I could add pictures on here. The book doesn't even open up.
