Jacket was different pattern from the picture. Meant to be herringbone but completely plain, thin and poor quality, so now have cost of returning to China and hoping for refund.
Avoid!

Il ne s’agit pas d’un problème de taille ou de convenance, mais bien d’un article différent de celui commandé ! Depuis le 30/09, je demande une solution, mais on me demande de retourner les produits en CHINE ! à mes frais. À ce jour, aucun remboursement.

If I could give this NIL I would! Cheap nasty clothing nothing like the photos. When you ask for a return you are told you have to ship to china at your own expense, even though the company is registered in Ireland! Do not buy from this awful site!

Absolutely livid paid good money to what I thought was a genuine company only to find after I’ve paid that the jacket I ordered comes from china ,and as expected cheap crap it smelt funky the material looked like dyed sacking material,it was so thin it was more a shirt than a jacket ,will never touch this company again what you get is not wats advertised,they should be ashamed of themselves selling such poor quality items and ripping people of who genuinely want to buy a good product ,and to top it off I have to pay to send it back to china ,my hard earned money just wasted livid I am

If I could give minus stars this is what I would do. Jacket I bought is NOTHING like the picture, cheap looking and really poor quality.
A total rip off(daylight robbery) a get rich quick scheme. And if you want to return it you can by paying postage to China. It is NOT located in London as I was led to believe.

I wish I’d checked this company out before buying. The coat I ordered was a disgrace. Looked nothing like the picture and the quality was extremely poor. Returns are to an address in China and involve costly tracking and filling in custom forms. Do not buy from them - the deserve no stars!!

If 0 stars was an option thats what limise would get from me.
I bought a teddy coat with them looked lovely in the picture.... I wouldn't even wear it as a dressing gown absolutely horrific.
Then when I tried to return the two items I bought I was told they had to be sent separately to two different locations in China, payed for by me. Do not buy from these cowboys

As previously stated by other reviewers, it is one big scam that you have to return your very poor quality goods to China.
The company looks very professional and has an Irish address but I would not touch any of there stuff ever again.
A very unhappy customer.

I share the same experience as others here..Looks a nice website!! It's design is same/similar to a company called CharleSmith..[Probably the same scammers! also has a Co Wexford office]. They take your money and send you s..t! Minus 5 stars really..DON'T DO IT.

I just received a pair of fur lined ankle boots I saw advertised online. I was charged €60. They are nothing like what was represented on the ad. They are the most appalling plastic rubbish I have ever seen. I would advise people not to order from Limise. I thought I was ordering from a reputable company in Wexford but instead the product came from China.
Also the order was delayed and I got some ridiculous excuse about them being sent to the wrong processing address.
The least I could give this item was one star but if I had the choice I would give them a minus.
Inferior product and misrepresented in the advertisement.

Do not buy anything it's registered Ireland but all returns have to be sent to China.

Its an Irish company and should follow Irish law apply for charge back from ur bank or paypal whichever u used don't let them away with it. This is the route we are taking.

I bought a jacket and it was very poor quality. When I went to return, I was asked to return to China. It is advertised as an Irish company based in Wexford.
Had to raise a chargeback as emails not being answered. 1 star is far too much for my experience of this company. They don't seem to know Irish Consumer law.

Update to my review offering a 50% refund and no need to return. I don't think they get the fact the item is not worth 50% of what I paid for it.

Be very careful with returns
I ordered a €59.95 coat from Limise because the website presents the company as being based in Ireland, with an address in Co. Wexford.
Unfortunately, the coat didn't fit, so I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I was then given a return address in Shenzhen, China, and told that I would have to pay the international return postage myself.
I asked whether I could return it to the Irish address shown on their website, but was told that this is only a registered business address and cannot accept returns. They confirmed that there is no Irish or EU returns facility.
The returns policy says that the customer pays return postage, but I couldn't find anything stating before purchase that returns would have to be sent to China.
Given the cost of returning a €59.95 coat internationally, I decided it wasn't financially worthwhile and will be donating the coat instead.
My advice: check the return address and potential return postage costs before ordering. The fact that the company appears Irish-facing did not make it clear to me that returns would have to go to China.

My experience with Limise.com was generally fine. Ordering was easy and the website gave enough details about the product.

Shipping was slower than expected, but the package arrived in good condition. The product matched the description and met my expectations.

Customer service response was not immediate, but I did receive a helpful reply. Overall, I am reasonably satisfied.
