Placed an order in June. Followed up on July. Received an email days later stating that the package was damaged and they were out of the items I selected so I requested a refund. 2 days they processed another order for almost 90 dollars. I had to close out my account.

Bought it for my wife because she wanted something to help with dry lips. She liked how hydrating it felt although she said the brightening took a little longer than expected. she was still happy with it.

I wasn't expecting much because most glosses leave my lips feeling sticky. This one feels comfortable instead and gives a really nice finish. Definitely one of the better lip products I've purchased.
