10/10 fantastic service would highly recommend
Fantastic service i was very nervous about spending so much on a mtb but Ed was very patient with me and answered all my questions which I'm sure I probably asked more than once.
The service made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend, the only one issue I had was with the courier but that was completely out of their hands.
10/10 now time to get some dirt on the wheels 🤟

From the purchase through to delivery was easy to work with.
But thanks to ed, had a courtesy call just to let me know what the status was from the start. Even a personal video showing the bike I had purchased.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Would be more than happy to use again.

Recently bought an E-MTB from Lings Power2Cycle in Norwich and although I haven’t yet received it the guys have been brilliant helping me out with tons of enquiries, all via email as somehow they were trying to call me on a number that wasn’t mine , but their fault but nevertheless all very attentive to my enquiry , super polite too . Ordered the bike on a Monday was sent out Wednesday delivered Friday brilliant communication off the staff and the bike is perfect definitely recommend using these guys for an e-bike
