My bike is 6 years old
My bike is 6 years old, but Lings still managed to get a warranty claim for me and completed the work quickly.
I was kept in the loop about spares arriving and booking the bike in for the repair.

Staff always very friendly whether its just a chat or for advice.
Showroom is very clean and smart, displaying quality motorcycles and a good range of clothing.
I had the motorcycle serviced, It was started on time and completed very quickly.

Recently purchased my used bike from…
Recently purchased my used bike from Leon at Lings in Ipswich. I made arrangements to test ride the bike and headed over. As I didn’t know the area, I had asked Leon if there was someone who would come out with me, to my amazement he did! He knew the area which allowed me to concentrate on riding the bike, to make sure it was right for me; needless to say, I purchased the bike. On collection day the 30th March I headed over to collect it, a few bits we had asked to be done prior to collection, unfortunately hadn’t been. They rallied around to get the bits sorted and we headed off. Leon was exceptional and I would definitely deal with him again. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 due to the attention to detail. I fully appreciate it was a very busy time, and anything that wasn’t done we could easily sort ourselves, but it would have been even better to have turned up and my new bike be ready to go!
