Everyone at Lings in Watton where extremely helpful and I’m very pleased with my purchase so far

Purchased a Triumph speed twin on the 18 April. Christian from start to finish was very helpful. Made the process easy. Contacted a few later as there was an issue with the display not holding the dates and the service light keeps coming on when it shouldnt. Contacted Cristian a few times he always got back to me straight away and said his manager would contact me to sort the issue out. I live 2.5h away so i cant pop in. Still waiting and still being told i will be contacted. Dissapointed with lack of customer care. Wont recommend or be back.
The salesman Christian was very helpful and efficient.

The guys at lings are fantastic, from start to finish .Harry called everyday with updates and I had a lovely personalised video of my new bike with a thank you message. They put L plates on for me and put half a tank of fuel in at no extra cost. Was the easiest purchase thankvyou lings.

I had to wait 4 months for delivery, everytime I rang for an update I felt I was being a nuisance and was told "I said I would ring you when I know where it is". When I was eventually told it was here it was then changed to it isn't yours it is someone else's. This was all very disappointing, Lings would have been much better just telling the truth and saying we don't have a clue where it is or when you will get it. By the time it arrived the excitement had passed and I didn't really care anymore. When the bike did arrive on the van by a very nice guy it was rolled down the van ramp and I immediately said something isn't right here it all looks on the skew. He agreed it didn't look right. When rode it I realised that the handle bars were on the skew by a long way so I had to return the bike the next day for adjustment. It made me wonder why it took a week to be checked before I received it. The service department was excellent, the lady on reception and the technician were very helpful and apologised for the situation. That said I am very disappointed with the overall buying experience.

Absolutely brilliant customer service I was contacted several times to let me know how my bike was progressing and even sent a video from a lovely chap telling me all about my bike I would highly recommend and will definitely buy from you guys again

Very simple and straightforward, I ordered the bike online, paid online, signed docs online and picked up from the showroom within 10 minutes of arriving. 1st service easily book and smooth experience

I purchased a KTM from Lings Norwich branch and delt with Sam Harper who was very helpful with my trade in and purchase of my new bike. Its the first time I have made a purchase like this through email and phone I never visited the dealership but the whole process was excellent. A very happy customer 😀

I had constant dealings with a young chap called Sam Harper. He was very professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend trying to deal with him if buying a new or used bike. And best of all not pushy at all….

Started off ok but tried to contact sam several times reguarding PIN code for bike that I was assured had been reset !! But wasn’t . Fobbed off with false promises of return my calls !! Not very happy
Turned out to be a very expensive Service!
I had a new tiger 1200 out while mine was in (69 Reg Gen3) and I did not expect to like the new one so much, as loved the Gen3, but was night & day. The sales guy didn't have to twist my arm too much when I got back.
Great bike, great service from Sales & Service Dept.
