Easy setup and peace of mind

Their system was super simple to setup and easy to expand upon since it uses 2GIG technology. The monitoring and service has been great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Hassle Free Home Monitoring

We have had Link Interactive for about 4 months now and the whole experience has been great. Customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. We have only had a two random motion sensor false alarms but neither resulted in the police coming to the house thanks to the phone tree, so it is not a systemic problem. Their equipment prices were comparable (or cheaper) than other cullular services, and there is (was?) a special discount for Costco members which really sealed the deal for us.

I think the best way to show the customer service side of this company has to do with the local licensing requirements. It is extremely clear in every document and email as you sign up that complying with local licensing/registration requirements for your home system is entirely on the customer. We had registered our system with our local authorities, but there was a miscomunication and our permit number never made it on our account. I received a packet from Link Interactive including a completed registration form, addressed stamped envelope to the local licensing agency, and a check for the permitting fee. Now, don't get too excited, they do not pay your permit fees; if the check was cashed it was going to be added to our bill. The point is, the Link Interactive team did everything they could to make sure we did not get slapped with a $500 fine for not registering our security system despite this very clearly being our responsibility. It's a small thing, but I think shows that they want to make the process as easy as possible and are looking out for their customers.

By Far the Top Home Security System for Customer Service Alone

I have been researching companies for a month. A. Month. There are SO many to choose from. A lot have become more flexible and offer somewhat of the same services and perks.

What set Link Interactive apart was their customer-centric approach. Joseph Barker has been patiently communicating with me via email and phone--no other company would communicate with me via email. I couldn't find most of the package prices online without having to call.

On Link Interactive's site I could build my own package. But I still had questions, so I made the decision to call and email for more information. I wasn't forced into a sales pitch before I even decided if the monthly price was worth it.

Joseph told me their system is a 2GIG compatible system--which means -other than the keypad/control panel--if I can find sensors or other devices cheaper I can buy those instead. AND, since my former system has 2GIG compatible sensors, I can use those too. Joseph even sent links to other equipment online I can buy to save money...I wouldn't even call that low pressure sales...I'd call it no-pressure sales.

In addition, every single company I called had inappropriate things to say about their competitors. Link Interactive has never said an ill word about their competitors each time I've talked to them. ---And I talked to them quite a bit.

Sorry for that Linked Interactive, but thank you so much for being patient with me. Thank you for giving me an idea of what it would be like to be a customer with you before I even made a decision. You certainly earned a 5 star review from me.

Lots of patience

Berenice has been helping me with a very strange issue where one of the motion sensors would trigger a false alarm intermittently. She's been tremendously patient in diagnosing the problem. Since it's an intermittent issue it's quite problematic to figure out what exactly is causing the issue. She's tried multiple ways of diagnosing and discussed with others to come up with a solution which seems to be working so far.

Great customer service and support!

When our house got broken into I started a search for an alarm. After a lot of research, reading online reviews and calling the 4 best DIY install alarm companies, I found my answer, Link. The customer service team is second to none! They listen to your needs and work with you to find a solution to each issue you face in securing your house. I have not had to wait on hold for even 2 minutes. Installation was very easy with good instructions. After installation I had an issue with reception from the alarm module. This was quickly fixed with a longer antenna and a new cell module shipped out in a flash from Link, at no charge to me. The system has worked flawless for the last few months. Including last night when the power went out to our neighborhood. The system let us know the power was out, and kept working just fine securing our house.
Link has returned a feeling of security to our house. Thank you Link

Nice system

I did a lot of research on alarm systems until I was down to two. Went with Link because I had a couple z-wave enabled devices already and ability to add video at later date. The process could not have been easier from start to finish and everyone was extremely helpful along the way. Everything came pre-programmed and setup was straight forward. A month in and this looks like another home run through Costco!

Better than expected

Comprehensive product set leveraging Alarm.Com's hardware. Great customer support. Easy to install and setup. And very reasonable monitoring costs. I love the fact that I can use the keypad, my app or even better the key chain remote.

Outstanding Quality and Service

I'am impressed with the equipment and it seems to work very well. The service has been excellent and the techs are very knowledgeable. I was able to resolve my issues on the phone in a short amount of time. The install was very easy and straight forward and the wireless works very well.

Awesome Service

Link was a refreshing change for home security monitoring for us. When I called for information, I got through immediately to a real person who took the time on the phone and over email over a couple of days to configure exactly the system that I wanted with the most affordable service plans. This alone would have been amazing, but Even better was the follow-up after the sale.

In my setup, i was taking over part of an existing system. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email with step by step instructions customized for my situation based on a photo of my security panel. These instructions came 1 day after ordering, so i had them in hand and ready to go when the system arrived.

The system itself was a breeze to setup. I might even call it fun - especially the home automation aspects.

Everyone I have dealt with at Link Interactive has been a complete pleasure to work with and are fully knowledgeable about their plans and equipment. I highly recommend them.

Everything we wanted and more

First, the Link Interactive system was easy and fast to install, thanks to their A-1 support staff. The system has been simple to use, intuitive, and gives us the information that we want about the system status and users on our phones. The price is also far better than we were paying.

I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

Have used this company for 5 plus years now. Customer service is very knowledgeable about the products they support and treat you like family. The monitoring services are top notch, they are always on top of everything from low battery to full alarms. I have used several alarm companies in the past, Link Interactive blows them away! Debbie has put together a first rate team and I would recommend you give them a try.
