I dealt with Joseph Barker when I.called for information on the Link Interactive system. He did not pressure at all, gave me the information I needed, and informed me of the promotions that were available. A very informative and stess free experience. I have dealt with ADT and Frontpoint in the past- this was the best experience by far!

I installed the new module but forgot to call to activate it. Turns out that you need the serial number of the module, and I was out of town for the next week. I got an email requesting the serial number, and I replied explaining that it would take a week for me to get it. Your tech Berenice Gregory took the time and initiative to research other options, and between Berenice and your shipping dept found the serial number and got my service up and running. Awesome work!

We were thrilled to find Brian at the Fort Worth Home & Garden show. We had just walked into the show 10 minutes before we found his booth. On our way there, we were approached by so many "vultures" that wanted to sell us something. We almost left the show, but glad we didn't once we found LINK Interactive!
I installed a 2GIG system prior to my current provider buying my previous alarm companies accounts. The new company did not sell or service this system, nor did they know much about it. Recently, it started tripping the breaker so I called my provider and it was going to cost me $85 just to have them come to my home to check it out, plus anything else they could sell me, I's sure! Knowing they did not service this system, I declined their "offer" and figured I would just push through this issue.
When I saw the LINK Interactive booth with 2GIG equipment, I immediately went to visit with Brian. He was SO nice and laid back, NO pressure what-so-ever. It made buying brand new equipment a No-Brainer. Thank you for a great system and a Really Great LINK Representative. I cannot wait to get the new additions to my alarm family!

Link Interactive's U.S. based customer support is excellent! I had researched several alarm systems and I chose Link Interactive because of the service I received from Lead Agent Joseph Barker. We talked and emailed several times. Everytime I had a question, Joseph had the answer.
Shipping was quick and all the sensors were named and ready to install. The installation was easy and when I wanted to rename a sensor, help was only a quick phone call away.

I've dealt with LINK for the last 2.5 years and if I could give 10 stars I would. LINK sincerely knows how to provide the best customer service. Their #1 goal it to provide a service and product to a customer that has real value at a more than fair price. Everyone goes above and beyond to satisfy every single customer. Every business should take example from this company and they would learn many priceless business practices.

We switched from ADT to Link Interactive and we couldn't be happier. Customer service was excellent!!! We had a bit of a hard time setting things up but the representatives were extremely patient with us. We've been using the alarm system for a few months now and everything is working very well, way beyond our expectations.

We were new to the process of setting up our home alarm system - especially with local licensing and Central Station requirements. Not only did Link Interactive provide us with the products we needed at the best price, were there to help us with installation and programming. What a great company to work with.

I have had Link Interactive for 3 months now and it has been fantastic! The equipment works well and was easy to install. If you can use a power drill and program the clock on he microwave, then you can install the 2gig alarm system. Customer service was great when I needed them too.

Horrible product. Alarm went off for no reason and kept going off. The whole thing is a hassle. Got a new alarm and was missing the brain. Customer service isn't helpful.

Excellent customer service. They're easy to get ahold of and promt at answering all my questions. I had one door sensor that had a bad battery but they sent me a new one plus extras without questions. Definitely worth the price too, it can't be beat for what's offered and the great assistance. I accidentally set the alarm off and they called right away to see if I needed EMS. I was very impressed.

I am very happy with Link. The set-up was easy. Link is also very good with their customer service. I had questions and they had answers. Lastly, my price point is considerably lower than the company I used to use for actually less robust features (smoke alarms).

It did take some time for me to get my refund an there was some miss communications I wasn't too happy about that but over all once all was figured out all was good. I would use them in the future good system.

I got great support for my basic security system installation. The support is available when you need it. My system works fine, as advertised. The purchase through COSTCO when smoothly and all of the equipment came in fine shape.
