Very professional. While installing my takeover module I felt as if the agent were just next to me. I have Berenice Gregorio and she's very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help me. I am definitely very pleased with link interactive's service and will recommend that to everyone!

We are pleased with our system but have had a few snags. It's turned itself off a few times, we had to switch out a component in our panel and it took almost an hour on the phone to get it activated, and we still have one piece that we can't seem to get connected for the life of us.
The ordering process was a breeze, as was installation. Customer service reps are super friendly.

The customer service staff are the best I've ever come across. Kind helpful, gets to the bottom of a problem from a phone call away. Ashley Cole, Juan Sandavol are outstanding in what they do. I recommend this company highly. Alarm.com monitoring is outstanding. Together they put other alarm companies far behind in technology monitoring and customer service. Rate it : A

Lots of accessories to put your home security and automatation solution together. Prices are fair with both the equipment and the monitoring service. I'm using the security system with motion detectors but have also added garage door opener option and wireless doorbell. Service has been outstanding the 3-4 times I have called.

Tree was very helpful when I called to ask about installing my security system. He emailed me links to instructional videos and answered questions about how I can rename the sensors and how I can select which sensors are active when I am home.
The technical support has been good. Better instructions could have made installation easier. Camera's work very good. Instructions need to be better. Power cords need work. Found I was running extension cords for power. Monitoring should have been explained better. I'm still having issues adjusting views. Sun activates the cameras. I'm worried about overages.

The phone reps are great, and are well versed. I received several quotes, and Link Interactive was the easiest to work with. Installation of the equipment pieces are extremely easy, and activation was simple. I love the alarm.com app integration. The key fobs are a must have.

I had bought Simplisafe before, but the sensors were huge and would make my blinds stick out, returned it and went with Link Interactive, much better sensors and more advanced control panel with touchscreen!!! Love the system and accessibility via mobile!!!!

I just went through the process of ordering my Home Automation/Security system from Link Interactive. I was very pleased with the support (both phone and email) during the process. After placing my order, I decided I needed to make a change. I was able to contact Link and they immediately responded allowing me to change the order. I was also happy with the user experience using the Link Interactive website for the ordering process.

I met a Link Interactive rep at Home Show. Since I was in the market for a security system for a vacation home, I chatted to him about his technology. As it turns out, I have the same system in my primary residence, however Link Interactive's monitoring fee is 40% less than what I am currently paying. The representative at the show was exceedingly knowledgeable, and was more interested in educating me rather than selling me. This was very refreshing. I purchased the kit that would work in my house and did the self install. Very easy. Excellent company. Thumbs up all the way.

I am pleased so far with Sales process. I worked with J. Barker. He explained the process, benefits and got me setup with equipment and a plan. Coming from another security company I feel more confident with Link Interactive because I'll save money, be able to control my own equipment and receive the best customer service that I've received from my experience with 3 other companies. Again, I cannot express enough the leve of service that I received from my sales agent. His knowledge of products and plans made the process much easier for me.

I have been a customer of link interactive for several years now. I've expanded my service to include interactive devices like thermostats keyless locks and cameras over the years. Every time I've added an item to my system the service has been flawless. I have yet to find another company that can match their price.

I love this security system. It was easy to set up. Customer service is great.The cost is so much more reasonable than other companies I looked into. You get much more for your money. I have so much peace of mind now knowing that our house is protected.

I have received invaluable aid during set up, testing and arming of my system. All the customer service reps have been patient, kind, and qualified to answer all of my questions. 10/10 would buy again!

I have a home in Vieques Puerto Rico that is monitored by Link Interactive. PR had a huge territory wide blackout that lasted days. In that time the Backup battery died and I lost all my programming. Berenice Gregorio took the helm and within a half hour had my entire system restored! Thius saved me hours of manually re-programming. Thanks Bernice and the entire tech team at LINK!
