Lasst euch nicht verarschen! Bewertungen werden gelöscht, Qualität sehr schlecht. Ich habe extra 30 € mehr für das Einsetzen bezahlt. Grauenhaft! Ich kann euch gerne privat Bilder zusenden. Die haben meinen Chipleser sogar beschädigt. Zudem musste ich 25 € Einfuhrsteuer beim Zoll zahlen, als sie es mir zurückgesendet haben.

Achtung machen Werbung auf Instagram und Tiktok, sobald negative Bewertungen auftauchen löschen sie diese und Blockieren dein Profil.

I initially signed up with the intention of possibly using your services, though I had some hesitation—particularly around concerns that my credit card information might be exposed to third parties. Recently, I took the time to review the protocols your company, Lion Card, has in place to safeguard customer data, including credit card details. I was impressed by the security measures you've implemented, and it gave me greater confidence in potentially using your service.

However, when I tried to access my account on the Lion Card website, I was surprised to find that it had been suspended. This was especially confusing since I have never used your services or submitted any service requests.

This unexpected suspension has reignited my original concerns and has made me more hesitant to move forward. To make matters worse, my call to your customer service line during normal business hours was rerouted to voicemail, which I found particularly frustrating and unprofessional.

I hope Lion Card addresses these issues promptly, as your services appear promising—but first impressions matter. I email them the following email and see what others are saying in this regard:

My account to access to this website is suspended and I have not elected nor applied to use Lion Card services - only simply of curiosity and informative to possibly to use in future. While my decision making to use such services takes time considering using this type of services.

Moreover, in light of this suspension of not yet using such services does not warrant such suspension. Which, warrants my suspicious after thought in light of a "suspicious suspension". Now, I question if I will use such services in near future and state this in social media of this nature of "suspicious suspension" cause a customer has yet to use your services.

I'm used to always having hefty metal credit cards, so when I switched to a plastic one, I missed the weight and feel of a metal credit card.

I found out about Lion Card and after a TON of research, decided to have them convert my flimsy plastic card into a metal one. I will tell you right now, their customer service is EXCELLENT! They were super responsive to any and all questions I had, and kept me up to date every step of the way.

Now how was the quality of the card? Absolutely amazing. The card weighs 28g which is about 10g heavier than my Citi Prestige, which is already a beast. The detail and craftsmanship on the lion card is also top notch. Honestly, the only downside is that now I'm pretty much going to HAVE to have them convert any future credit cards for me, because this thing will spoil me.

If you're reading these reviews to see if you should send your card to them and have the conversion done, my answer is a resounding YES. If I'm ever in San Jose in the future, I'd actually love to check out their facility.
