High quality organic Kalamata Olives.

I adore them too. I received my 2nd 2 Litre barrel last week and look so forward to them daily.

Far superior to shop bought olives, and really help my asthma too, very high in natural quality oils.

My only wish ofc except this is in NO way a bad word towards Liquid Gold, I do fully understand the plain economical reason here v v broadly, if only glass containers were as commodity as plastic….

But not Liquid Gold’s fault again and service was top, very warm friendly vibe and feeling I get since day 1 too, and price and quality are as good as I believe you will find without spending the bank anyway, such is the world if one really wants the v v v best.

Packaging for sending is tricky as it's glass, but I wish there could be less plastic involved...

After just 8 months my replacement Pepper Grinder Mechanism has gone blunt again and for the 3rd time in 3.1/2 years.

I am very unhappy that such an expensive grinder has such a short life span.

The reason for this issue is that the grinder parts are made of soft die-cast Zinc (edit) which means the cutting edges get rounded very quickly.

The Replacement Mechanisms are also very expensive at £24.90 for what can only cost pennies to make.
I did ask LiquidGold if they could send the previous one back to the Atlas Factory for investigation but they did not respond.

UPDATE, in response to the seller: The mechanism is die cast Zinc which is a very soft metal. It starts off with a sharp edge which is machined into the soft metal at the factory. This quickly wears. There are many negative reviews on Amazon (world site), therefore I am not the only one as Liquid Gold (LG) purports! I contacted the factory in Greece, BRASSPEPPERMILL again and the CEO stated that when Liquid Gold refunded me then he would credit them. Liquid gold failed to do so.

To evidence this issue, I sharpened the cutter with a file to as good an edge as the factory item and the mill is now working like new, however this will be a constant issue due to the ridiculously soft metal used to grind very hard peppercorns, which as any engineer will know, should be hardened steel or ceramic.
And so there is no doubt the CUTTER has a SHARP edge when new. I include a photo of a cutter.
