Excellent service - thanks David!
Liquidline recently supported us at a large function in the midlands. It was super nice to see Tim again after his support at our last event. After setting up, he handed over to David who was ex-ce-llent in customer service. He was with us for two days and effortlessly engaged with our crowd. He tried to promote special drinks (banana matcha!) and consistently smiled and acted as a professional brand ambassador. David, you're welcome back anytime!!

Excellent Service
Our Coffee Machine had stopped working and after contacting Liquidline they sent an engineer out the next day and kept me informed when the engineer was coming and when he was on his way.
Mike arrived he was so lovely and very helpful and fixed the problem 😊he was a breath of fresh air and a credit to your company.
Thank you once again for your fabulous service (as always) and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Liquidline as it is always a pleasure to deal with you☺️

Excellent engineer!
We recently had issues with our coffee machines, and we had a very good engineer out today, Matt Thomas, who has done software updates and changed parts on the machines. He also made some tweaks to the set up. Matt knows the machines inside out and was very helpful. He took the time to explain the issues and how he was going to fix them. He was so good in fact, we will now always request for Matt to attend any future call outs! 😊

Good morning,
Thank you for coming back to us, and I’m sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service you have received.
I do, however, want to clarify the situation, as the issue you are experiencing is not with Liquidline or a machine that Liquidline is responsible for servicing.
The machines in question are supported and maintained by another company, and unfortunately this is outside of Liquidline’s responsibility. As soon as the issue was raised with us, we escalated this to the appropriate company so that they can investigate and arrange the necessary repair.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you have experienced issues with both machines. However, we do not want there to be any confusion around responsibility for the repair, as Liquidline does not look after or service these machines.
We have raised this with the relevant company and will continue to support the communication where we can, but the repair itself needs to be managed by them.
We appreciate that this is not the experience you expected, and we hope the appropriate team can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Always deliver on time
Always deliver on time, easy ordering and if we do need to call someone out to help us we usually have someone here in 24 hours. As an extremely busy business what more could you want.
