Very easy transaction delivery was fast and the set is beautiful.

There was a small issue with my order. Guys went above and beyond to sort it out in double quick time. Got missing item and a little bonus all sorted with in an hour of letting them know. Cannot fault the customer service with these guys one bit. Rare these days when it's usually AI chatbots and going round in circles. The human touch is highly appreciated.

I ordered a Toyo box and there was a bit of a mix up and I was sent the wrong model of box, no big deal, sent over an email to let them know and they got back to me an hour or so later, they were incredibly polite and helpful and had the correct one sent over next day delivery and even let me keep the incorrect one!

Will definitely be purchasing more from here.
