placed an order on 15 June, which was expected to be delivered within 2–3 days. The order contained two items, but I have received only one item so far. The second item is still pending.
I have tried reaching out through your website and WhatsApp support, but I have not received any response.
I request you to urgently provide the status of my pending item and confirm when it will be delivered. The delivery timeline has already been exceeded, and I would appreciate an immediate update.

Disappoint
I have never seen a worse app than Littlebox. They confirmed my order, but it was delivered after one month. There is no cancellation option available in the app either. The quality of the clothes is also very poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience .

I had a horrible experience shopping with Littlebox.
If the product doesn't fit properly or has any issue, you have to pay ₹99 every single time for pickup during an exchange or return. On top of that, if you decide not to exchange the item, they don't refund your money to the original payment method. Instead, they credit the amount to your store wallet and expect you to shop with them again.
This policy feels very unfair and customer-unfriendly. As a customer, if a product doesn't work out, I should have the option to receive my money back without being forced into another purchase.
Overall, one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend checking the return and refund policies carefully before placing an order.

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever
Absolutely terrible experience with LittleBox.
I placed Order on 16/05/2026 and, despite repeated follow-ups, the order has still not been dispatched. What's even worse is the complete lack of accountability and meaningful communication from their customer support team. Every query is met with vague responses and no actual resolution.
Taking customers' money and then making them wait indefinitely without clear updates is unacceptable. The entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. If a company cannot fulfill orders within a reasonable timeframe, it should at least be transparent with its customers instead of leaving them chasing updates.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this brand.
Extremely disappointed.

First of all they Have not provided me the order completely secondly they have said that they are going to provide the refund for not delivered product but they have and refund it yet my 900rupees is still stuck
