It made me burst into tears to see that the dress which I ordered was not the same, but it was even better!!! I was totally slaying that dress, clock ittt. It is emotional to even talk about it.

One of the worst scammed company takes customers money delays in exchange and they will advise we will cancel and refund the amount but they will not refund your money. And with that they will use customers money to post fake reviews and add promotion. Seriously see companies but not a beggar company like them who can't even afford to refund customers money which does not belong to them. It's been more than 2 weeks and still they have not refunded my money no one will reply on WhatsApp no number to call. Such companies that don't have a customer care number this clearly states it's a big scam that they are running. Dont do business with them #scam.

Littleboxindia scam
I recently ordered clothes from Littlebox India after seeing their ads, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the products is far below what was advertised — they look cheap, horse shit and completely different from what’s shown online.
What’s even worse is their refund policy. There is no option for refunds, which feels very unfair and raises serious concerns about consumer rights.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this brand. And don't get scammed looking at their ads

Contrary to reviews, it was an actual hit for me
This was a total surprise to me. This brand has so many negative reviews so I ordered just one dress which got delivered in just 4 days. I loved the quality so got two more in the recent sale. Delivered in 4 days again and all three were amazing quality. (Order #2033963)

Their service is extremely…
Their service is extremely disappointing. If products are not actually available, they shouldn’t be listed on the app in the first place. My dress order was showing “in progress” for several days, and without any prior notice or proper explanation, it was suddenly cancelled.
There was no clear communication, no accountability, and no effort from their support team to resolve the issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior not only wastes time but also breaks customer trust. Very frustrating experience.
