Didn’t receymy item

Commanded on the 31/11/2022 and still no news of my shipment. Customer service doesn't answer mails, and can't be contacted otherwise. Doesn't answer even when Paypal is involved.

I couldn't judge the item yet as the item is not still in my hand after I purchase it.
Is show up that was dispatch by you guys and courier to receive it, but this never been update so long far and when I get a response from your team action been took but is show up now item is in to Corier and not on the way to be deliver to me yet soo.....

Quality insane, the support service is pretty reactive, it’s a 5 on 5 for me.
The only bad thing is that we don’t receive a mail telling us that the order is going out.

I waited 6 weeks for a parcel and when I contacted customer care I was told it was my issue to follow up with the royal mail to see what the problem was and not there duty. Following weeks of emails I eventually discovered that the parcel was incorrectly declared and did not clear irish customs. This then happened a 2nd time. Eventually I was contacted by phone and they gave me 20% discount and mystery product. I was refunded for the tshirt but not the 27 euro postage fee (what a joke) and for my amusement I ordered it a 3rd time as they assured me it would deliver. Low and behold its been returned to the UK again due to customs issue. This is beyond unnactable. Disgraceful customer service. And pure incompetence on the company's behalf who are clearly unaware of customs regulations in ireland regarding packages from the UK or incapable of ensuring the parcel gets here. It was constantly made my issue, even though I have paid over 150 pounds and recivedd absolutely nothing for my money. This is ongoing since June 18th.
