I booked a massage with Lisa in the hopes of helping relieve tension headaches I've been suffering with, and Lisa did not disappoint! She gave me a neck and scalp massage that has really helped to relieve some of the tension and given me the most relief I've had from it in weeks! Definitely recommend, thank you!

I had a deep tissue massage with Josh, I had specific areas that required work, gluten, hamstring. He was very professional and knowledgeable and concentrated on these areas. I woke up the next day feeling revitalized.

Massage was great, I can't say it was relaxing, lol but then it was a sports massage, but my body definitely felt better after it.

It was my first time using Livewell's services but from the moment I walked through the door, the experience was excellent.
The manager Steve clarified the issues I had been suffering from and after a brief discussion he allocated Leon to undertake a 30 minute physiotherapy session.
The premises were in good condition and Leon took me through preliminary questions and exercises. He also explained what the likely problem was before undertaking the "hands on" section of the appointment. Leon continued to provide continuous
feedback as he undertook the session.

Maggie was absolutely fantastic! So intuitive and knowledgeable. She guided me through my first ever reflexology session and explained everything too. Brilliant service.

I attended today 15/01/26 and received treatment from Steve. I was very sore across my neck, shoulders and arms, although and had restricted movement in my right arm. After treatment which at times was uncomfortable, I felt so much better, I am writing this review 6 hours after treatment and can honestly say that I feel far more comfortable than I did prior to treatment

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage today with Lisa, she was Very knowledgeable and explained how it all worked and also explained what could happen after. She was lovely and I look forward to my next one.

I found livewell via a google search. It was for a massage therapist for my elderly mum with a complex aetiology.

Jonny the message therapist was really good with mum and made her relaxed. He’s got a very calm and relaxed demeanour.More importantly my mum liked him.

Rishika is an excellent physiotherapist - in fact the best physio I have had since I moved to Derby. She was able to assist with the multi disk issue with my back and treat me for an injury to my arm, which was swollen. Rishika also has a good knowledge of EDS and was also able to assist me in that regard.

Lisa was excellent and so friendly and knew exactly what my wife needed with her sciatica I would recommend Lisa as the service was excellent cant thank her enough and will definitely be having her services again.

I was very impressed from the outset of my treatment experience. The booking system worked well and the facilities were are first rate. My therapist, Steve, was welcoming, knowledgable and very empathetic during the discussion of my requirements. He clearly explained the types of techniques he was using during the treatment itself, which was really helpful in understanding what he was actually doing and I felt a noticeable improvement in my symptoms by the end of the massage.
Following the session we discussed what I should do over the next few days to maximise the benefits of the treatment, which was really beneficial.
I will definitely be going back!

She managed to find aches I didn't know I had...which is impressive given how bad my back is most of the time.
I felt the benefits right away and can move more easily today but I will be booking again.
I know I'm not going to be fully recovered right away, but I actually have hope for the first time that I might be able to eventually be able to work through my longstanding back pain and see some improvements.
