No communication at all after they take you money. Therapist fails to turn up, no one lets you know and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid like the plague.

Our couple sports massages given by Yashaswi were exceptional. She communicated with us before the appointment to keep us informed of arrival time. She arrived on time for our appointments.
Super friendly, professional and respectful.

I had such a relaxing experience during my one-hour massage. From the moment I arrived, Hannah made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable, which really set the tone for the whole session. She was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure the pressure and technique were just right throughout.

The massage itself was amazing!!!! Exactly what I needed to unwind. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely at ease. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and cares about giving a great experience.

Wow! Lisa was amazing! Myself and my husband’s deep tissue massage was painful but after was magical. I have had a baby sleep after a long time. Will definitely need to book again and I am pretty sure that any of the team is professional. So I will obviously recommend Lisa, so thank you Lisa for this magnificent experience, but also the whole team!

It was my first visit to this clinic. My daughters gifted me a Japanese head massage treatment for my birthday. 🎁

My appointment was booked for 12:30pm. I buzzed the door several times and eventually had to call the clinic. I was told the practitioner was running late, so I went back to sit in my car. About 15 minutes later someone arrived to let me in. The clinic itself was closed when I first entered and felt quite cold.

However, once I went into the treatment room it was warm, cosy, and very relaxing.

Overall, the treatment and experience were lovely. Millie was very polite and professional, and I really enjoyed the session. 😊

Knowledgeable and helpful with tips, also missed my appointment and kindly rearranged. Top service

Will defo be booking back in! It was my first sports massage and Eva made me feel comfortable and she was really informative. It really helped aches and pains I have from marathon training and I felt great after.

I booked a massage with Lisa in the hopes of helping relieve tension headaches I've been suffering with, and Lisa did not disappoint! She gave me a neck and scalp massage that has really helped to relieve some of the tension and given me the most relief I've had from it in weeks! Definitely recommend, thank you!
