I had a very disappointing experience. I returned my order requesting a refund, but despite several months passing, I have still not received it. I also contacted customer service but did not receive any response. The lack of communication and the delay in processing the refund are unprofessional.

Ordered clothes, each and everyone marked "100% cotton".
Every garment had polyester thread in the seams.
Now, I know for a fact that some of their clothes have cotton threads in the seams, but it appears you have to mail and ask them beforehand. Why not put it on the website?

Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren die Leggings von Living Crafts und war immer super zufrieden. Hab mir Ende letzten Jahres wieder neue gekauft und leider sind diese weit weniger gut als früher. Hab immer eine M gehabt und jetzt ist die Leggings kürzer und und der Bund ist enger. Vor allem das sie kürzer ist stört mich, weil ich lange Beine habe und die Leggings jetzt viel zu früh aufhören. Außerdem fühlen sie sich qualitativ weniger hochwertig an als früher. Sehr schade weil ich die Leggings sehr mochte aber das wird wohl das letzte Mal gewesen sein das ich welche gekauft habe.

Die Bluse und das Top sind modisch, passen mir und wurden fair und nachhaltig produziert, prima!

Die Jeans in Größe 28 R passen hervorragend, schön wäre diese Hose noch in einem dunklen blau gewesen.
Zur besseren Einordnung, ich bin 170 cm/ 62 Kg. Meine Figur entspricht dem H-Typ.

The deilivery to Hungary was a bit tricky, but it is probably not the company's mistake.

Mir gefällt, dass LIVING CRAFTS auch Slips aus 100% Baumwolle und mit auswechselbarem Gummiband im Angebot hat. Die meisten Slips haben fest angenähte Gummizüge. Wenn die ausgeleiert sind, müssen oft sonst völlig intakte Slips weggeworfen werden, weil ein Austausch der Gummizüge nicht möglich ist.
Mir hat auch gefallen, dass die Lieferung schnell erfolgt ist.

I've had a very bad experience with this company. I was attracted because i was looking for 100% cotton underwear which is difficult to find (although theirs still contain an elastic). I ordered an M size, also based on their size suggestion tool, while i normally wear L. The underwear that came was huge, i would say fitting like a size XL rather than M. I didn't want return expenses to be on my account since this is sizing issue is a blatant shortcoming of the company itself. They agreed to provide me with a return label. i ship back the items and it took them 15 days, so more than the announced delay, to reimburse me. however, 10 euros are missing. it seems they are making me pay for the return, although they made it appear as if they would have covered the return themselves out of good will. now the customer service is no more responding. I'm really dissatisfied.

Prix, qualité et label, ce que j'ai le moins apprécié c'est que parfois les tailles ne me semblent pas bonnes trop petites ou trop grandes, quand c'est trop grand ça ne me gêne pas et c'est la plupart du temps le cas donc 4 étoiles

für kälte- und hautempfindliche Menschen sind die langen Unterhosen gut geeignet, halten länger als gedacht. Am Ende schwächeln sie weniger am Gummi als an der Naht innen am Oberschenkel, sonst könnten sie ein weiteres Jahr halten. Da hilft auch kein Nähen. Wenn man sich mit 5 Paar eindeckt, hätte es Potential bei Einsparung Verpackung angesichts voller Papiertonnen nur 1 anstatt 5.

Die Ware ist super, nur die etwas lange Lieferzeit gibt den Punktabzug.

Allerdings hatte ich bei Ware von Living Craft häufig das Problem, dass die Oberteile nach ein paar Waschungen immer breiter und kürzer werden. Da ist noch Verbesserungspotentiel vorhanden.
