FAULTY OVEN. NO REPLY
I bought two halogen ovens on the 22/10/2023. One has developed a fault. I've sent an email with proof of purchase to support on the 29th of June and heard nothing back from the company. I guess that they hope we just disappear!! I will never buy from them again

Bought a few items from them and all arrived promptly. Unfortunately, after several months, one became faulty and I was delighted that Livivo didn't hesitate in offering to replace but were out of stock so refunded me. Great service.

I bought an Airbed from this company…
I bought an Airbed from this company via B&Q. The original product was faulty, and Livovo sent a replacement immediately without question.
I am extremely happy with the service that I received, which was very prompt and totally customer focused.
I will purchase from this company again just on the basis of this service.

Item was dispatched very quickly and information was provided as to when it was expected to be delivered. The seat cover itself is better quality than the price might lead one to expect - in other words it is good value for money.

Great customer service
Ordered 2 drinks holders for sun loungers. Unfortunately only 1 arrived. After a quick email to customer service it was quickly rectified and 2nd holder arrived 2 days later. Was no rush anyway with poor weather.
Wouldn't hesitate to deal with Livivo again

Brought a pool filter from Livvio
Sadly it did not fit my pool
Asked Livvio if I could return it and they were very helpful in my request .
I had to pay £3 to return it but as soon as I sent them tracking details they gave me a full refund for the filter . Because of the good customer service I would shop with Livvio again
