I had a very good experience ordering a diamond ring from Lloyds family jewellers. Before ordering, I contacted with a couple of questions about ring sizing and whether the returns period could be extended in case the ring didn’t fit. They responded quickly, were very helpful.

The ring arrived promptly, was exactly as described, and the quality is excellent. Communication throughout was great, and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

A stunning ruby and diamond eternity ring bought as a 40th wedding anniversary present. From ordering online I had immediate communication from the owner himself.
