Een bankstel gekocht bij seat en sofa’s. Kregen door dat ze niet bezorgden maar. gaven de flyer van LMD BV. Volgens de routing en aanmeld procedure alles via app doorgestuurd en 3 dagen niets vernomen. Nogmaals gebeld moest alles weer doorsturen. Daarna werd er een sms gestuurd dat ze dinsdag konden leveren. Hoelaat dat ze aankwamen wordt niet verteld. Je moet de chauffeur bellen op de dag van levering vanaf 07.30 uur. Geen uitleg gekregen hoe je moest afrekenen alles moet je zelf achterna bellen. Dag van bestelling chauffeur gebeld aangegeven dat ik werk en vraag gesteld tijdsindicatie aan te geven. Ze kunnen alleen maar 15 minuten vantevoren bellen vertelden ze. Enfin ik werd gebeld en ik zei ik werk en kom eraan, en meteen dat dreig gedrag als je niet in 15 minuten komt bel ik mijn baas dan neem ik alles retour kan je toch gaan betalen. Zeer botte mensen, onproffesioneel. Ga niet met ze in zee. Vragen grote bedragen voor tillen, plaatsen, monteren. Ook als je vantevoren doorgegeven hebt tot aan de deur gaan ze toch proberen om voor geld iets binnen te plaatsen. 15 euro per kollie vragen ze dan! Dan hebben ze wel tojd om langer te blijven! Probeer zelf je gekochte goederen op te halen. Af te raden bah. Zo ga je niet met mensen om en vooral met je broodwinning om. Tip voor seat en sofa’s verbreek alle contacten met LMD. Maak geen reclame voor hun en deel de flyers met informatie niet uit aan je klanten.

Wat een bagger bedrijf is dit, zeggen dat je een sms krijgt voor een tijd indicatie om Zaterdag 23-08-2025 onze bank te kunnen leveren ik moet nog een sms krijgen. Ik krijg geen reactie op de app of via de telefoon. We hebben het bedrijf gebeld waar onze bank staat en hun konden ons vertellen dat we helemaal niet op de lijst stonden voor vandaag. Ik raad echt aan om zelf iets te vinden om je spullen op te halen, maar laat alsjeblieft dit bedrijf niks bezorgen.

We bought a sofa from a store and the store recommended us to deal with their partners which is this delivery company (LMD B.V), we made appointment with LMD B.V and we informed them that we are in second floor and we (need our sofa to be carried upstairs and install it as well) and we agreed with their prices and we made the deal, the delivery company came on the suggested date and they put our sofa outside in front of the main entrance of the building claiming that the stairs are narrow and they will have difficulties carrying the sofas upstairs because the sofas might hit the wall and get damaged and they are not going to be responsible for any damages, while in the other side we already shifted to this building two months ago with other moving company and we didnt have any issues when taking our big furnitures upstairs, LMD B.V gave us a solution by contacting a second moving company that has a hydraulic stairs to carry our sofas to the second floor (through the windows and intall ot as well all with 150€) and he will call the 2nd company and he will give them our contact number and we also agreed to the second deal and paid the LMD B.V driver for the delivery outside of the door).. once the driver took the money and left no one called us back or came or answered our calls for an hour, and after one more hour the 2nd company came with the hydraulic stairs and they told us that they are here only to (deliver the sofas upstairs through the windows without installation with 150€ plus i am going to help them too !!!!!!!!!!!) we were trying to reach LMD B.V driver and the guy stopped answering his phone at all even when the store where we bought the sofas tried to called him and asked him at least to come back to install the sofas as we had a deal and agreed, but he never called us back and never answer any calls that caused all of us stress, wasting time and money, very bad communication and never keep the deal.

Probeerden me op te lichten. Ik zou hier geen zaken mee doen.
