Good furniture shopping experience
Lovely young lady called Tegan at the Cribbs Causeway shack. She was very helpful and attentive but not pushy in any way. Her information about various chairs enabled us to make an informed choice when we returned home.

Beautiful quilts for autumn layering
I visited the Bristol store last month to buy a quilt. The staff were extremely helpful and very patient in showing me the range of colours and textures. They took the time to check the stock room as the sage colour wasn't on the shelf and they offered to post it to me once it was available. I'm delighted by my Loaf purchases. Just able to visit the shop and having the time to browse rather than just looking online was a lovely, relaxing experience. Thank you!

We had previously purchased in store and the staff were amazing and knowledgeable but there was one sofa we couldn’t make our mind u on colour. We were given all the swatches we needed to make that final decision.

Buying our first new sofa
Greeted warmly by Istahill, we were asked what we were looking for and time and care was taken showing and explains the fabrics to us that would fit our needs. We were then given the time we needed with bottle of complimentary water to try out and discuss the different styles. A wonderful experience of buying our first sofa . Thank you so much .

Great customer service
We were met by incredibly amiable and helpful assistants. We knew what we wanted so the transaction was swift and professional. We were even offered tea cakes!
We went to the Bristol branch which had a comprehensive stock of Loaf’s offerings.
We are very much looking forward to our Delivery of the Dunkin seat in a few weeks time.

Sofa purchase - Bristol
Went to the Bristol store to try out sofas and look at fabrics and colours. Staff were really helpful. Great balance between being informative and letting us have time to look around. Not at all pushy and gave advice based on our circumstances not just the most expensive option!
We took swatches home, and after making a final decision on colour ordered on website which was really straight forward

Just the coolest shop
Just the coolest shop, from walking in to leaving .. the staff were fantastic.
Offered water & snacks from the start and after we ordered our beautiful new sofa we left with some extra treats too!
I’d happily spend a few hours there sitting in there very comfortable sofas and chairs!!
